it looks great in our entryway. It holds all the kids backpacks and a great sitting bench.

This product was so poorly constructed we actually had to remove nails and reconstruct it to make it buildable. The instructions were laughably bad and the diagrams included were completely incorrect. The instructions also said it would take FIVE minutes to build the ENTIRE bench. Even if the pre-built pieces had arrived put together correctly, it would have taken at least 45 minutes to construct. As it was it was several hours of frustration. Finally, I did know the dimensions ahead of time but this is still a surprisingly small bench and the baskets are so small they can't even hold more than one twin sized blanket.

This bench was exactly what I was looking for in my entryway. Fits perfectly under the hooks we hung for coats/masks/etc. Good quality, excellent price.

After putting this together it was very apparent that the quality is worse than buying something at ikea. I plan on taking it apart and returning it in the store because I don't even think that my 7 pound dog could sit on it safely. I'm not sure how this got 4 stars the cheap quality is appauling

One step of the directions is wrong, make sure you evenly space the cubbies and don’t follow the diagram! Once put together, it’s a nice bench. The baskets are already starting to fray with toddler use.

Very nice bench for the money

It looks very nice in my kitchen, perfect size for my spot. The paint is thin so I feel that I have to be careful to not chip it, but otherwise it is nice. The baskets are flimsy. I will probably replace them.

Nice bench, comfy seat, baskets are a bit cheap, but fit in nicely for great storage. All in all, happy with purchase.

The wood pieces were easy to assemble, but the baskets were a bit difficult due to holes not aligned properly.

So happy with this purchase. I was so close to ordering the same bench from Pottery Barn for triple the price and it didn't include the seat cushion or baskets!! Awesome buy and I'm loving it!

Baskets are unraveling, wood part itself seems sturdy

Unfortunately the bench is smaller then it appears in pictures, both benches have been returned. Home Depot service was awesome all around, we received the shipment prompt the site was easy to navigate and the return in the store was also easily processed. Thank you

Really nice storage bench. Easy to assemble.

Beautiful storage with seating

The storage bench arrived with footprints on the MDF, an old remote and a work glove. The baskets are poorly constructed and easily shred. The cushion is thin and the cover cheap. Would not buy again.

Love the look of this item, and it is solid wood. I’m just deducting one star because it was difficult to assemble.

I read the reviews ahead of time so expected some difficulties with assembly, and they were right. It's best to go slowly and not follow just the pictures which are inaccurate. The screw holes on the dividers did not line up properly, the baskets were nearly impossible to assemble and also had a funky odor (febreze helped). There were 2 spots of chipped finish. Overall however it looks ok and is not in a prominent area of the home so is adequate for our needs.

The quality wasn't the greatest. If I sat on it, it felt wobbly even though it says the weight limit is 500 lbs and I'm no where near that. Also, I just threw the baskets away since they were impossible to put together since the screw holes didn't line up.

It's sturdy and nice but it stinks so bad. I even let it sit outside for 3 days, built, to let the sun and wind take care of the smell but it didn't help.
