This is a good washer, pleasant looking and plays a nice tune when it's done. It needs to have a cup/dispenser for liquid non-clorine bleach. Or it would be okay to add the color-safe bleach in to the detergent cup if the cup would hold it. The detergent cup has a max limit which doesn't make room for anything but detergent. Also, I would like the door to open further. It opens wide enough to put clothes in and out, but where mine sits, it needs to open flat or nearly flat. It has lots of cycles and choices, a light in the drum and is large. So, it's good.

Great so far, big, cleans well and is responsible fast. Vibration is also well controlled.

Both washer and dryer are great additions and a definite upgrade. Very pleased with the numerous options and my clothes seem to even be cleaner in a shorter more efficient time .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer since a few weeks and I am very impressed. It has a good capacity and washes a big load efficiently. It is smart so it can be connected to my phone and I get notifications when the washing is completed. I can preset my selection for washing and do not have to choose again and again. It has sanitize function which cleans the washer too. Over all I really love this. It is efficient, next to no noise and works great.

There are so many pre-programmed settings for all of your washing needs (including a few steaming options) that the Samsung Smart Front Load Washer makes washing your clothes almost effortless. We were worried once when the water was not draining from our washer, but then we read the manual and realized we needed to check the drain hose; t turns out that a sock got stuck. Once we realized the problem, we were very happy with this Washer's feature. We have noticed if we leave our clothes in there too long, there is a slight odor. We haven't been able to problem-solve that issue yet, but that appears to be an issue on many frontload washers.

I was in for a real treat. I've had the machine for 6 weeks and each week it gets better and better. 1- Set up was a breeze. I had it up and connected in 5 mins. This is a major plus. 2-Digital set up was easy as well. I downloaded the app, connected, and BOOM! good to go. Although I don't use the app too often, I love know that its there. 3- capacity is perfect for my sized family. I love that I can get my laundry done sooner. This is an amazing plus 4- The controls are versatile and I love the choices of wash cycles I can choose from. I also love that there is a downloadable cycle as well. I love how simple it is to change and seeing what goes into each cycle. The soap dispenser, and fabric softener areas are a good size. It has an added filter which is perfect. My overall opinion is that this is a very smart machine that makes my life easy. I love the color, the size, and the versatility. I love that this machine saves me time, effort, and on utlities.

My clothes are so much cleaner and smell refreshing. I love the fact that it alerts me on my phone when my clothes are finished washing. Samsung has exceeded my expectations once again.

Its excellent so far, but I have only had it for about a week, but it has been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I would be so ecstatic over having a new washer+dryer, but owning this new Samsung set has been a wonderful experience! First off, the capacity is massive! I can fit 2 king comforters comfortably. I could barely get 1 on on my old washer. In terms of different washing options, this has everything I need for various types of clothes, garments, blankets, etc. Also it has self-cleaning options, which are a dream. Next up, the connectivity options are really cool! I didn't actually see this as a positive selling point of the washer, but after using it, it's a really nice touch. Since we have a Samsung TV, it's all connected. So when the washer is done with it's cycle, it'll popup a quick notification on the TV, letting me know. Same with my phone through the SmartThings app. Last, I LOVE that this washer is efficient. I am a very eco-conscious person, and I like to know that I am minimizing my footprint in everything I do. The one negative I would mention is that like all front-load washers, it can get a bit "mildewy" smelling if you aren't properly airing out after a wash. Luckily, it has the self-cleaning option, so this really isn't as much of an issue. Also, we are in the habit of just leaving the door open for an hour after a wash so that any trapped moisture can escape. But in general, it would be cool to see manufacturer's come up with a clever way to address this in a future set.

We are a family of 4 and have to do a lot of laundry with all the sports this kids play, so the less loads we have to do the better. It even fits our king sized comforter! Definitely recommend to any family!

We needed a washer with a large capacity but in the smaller form factor vs stepping up to the next bigger size. This has met all our needs! With the matching dryer in the same footprint we were able to add a cabinet in between to help organize our wet room like we wanted! With the built in wifi functionality we can start loads during off peak hours to save electricity and on our electric bill. And with the various cleaning modes we can get everything done at home now! Whether it be for sensitive fabrics or heavy linens. Everything comes out cleaner and undamaged! Definitely recommend this washer!

We had a Samsung 4 cu. ft. washer for nearly 12 years that worked great and needed to upsize since we now have 3 kids. The additional wash cycles, steam capability, and tub light are very welcome upgrades.

The washer does a great job cleaning and is very easy to operate. This is a smart washer and can be operated with the app remotely. The washer has multiple washing and soil level settings. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned the washer and dryer set for 2 weeks now and they have worked great for all our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 little ones and this set has been able to keep up with the toughest of washes for us. The tumbler size has been great for all our load types from clothes', towels to comforters & thicker blankets. We have really put it through the test these last 2 weeks because we had not had a washer for almost 1 month before these arrived, so the first couple days were getting caught up and these handled it all very well. This was easy to use right out the gate with no frustration. I would recommend this set to anyone that is looking to replace their current set or just looking for an upgrade. This washer has been able to handle a lot for us as we needed to do several loads to get caught up. The only issue we ran into was we need to clean out the filter several times which was unexpected for a new washer, in comparison to our previous model we didn't have to do that a lot for the 3 or 4 years we had it. We will continue to watch that, but it's never a bad thing to keep it clean regardless.

DO NOT BUY this washer, known design defect. Drum weights are made of CONCRETE that breakdown and cause and imbalance then create major shaking/vibration and banging which eventually will damage your machine and render it useless after weights break.

just bought the washer and dryer a few days ago and so far its doing an excellent job. drying is a little tricky as waist bands of pants and shorts seem a bit damp but ill find the right settings ..
