Never received
This is more on Home Depot. I never received my order. Waited over 40 minutes for a text response from customer service. Gave up and will eat the $50. Nonexistent service.

The lock is nice, I always purchase Schlage. The only issue I had was the screws that were in the box didn't fit. Good thing I was replacing the same style lock and was able to use the screws from the other lock.
