It's a great lock. We're using it with a Z-wave...
It's a great lock. We're using it with a Z-wave system (which has no monthly fee) called Vera Hub. You can remotely program an unlimited number of lock codes for different people. Really helps with our Airbnb space. It's a little hard to find a locksmith who is familiar with this type of lock. But the Schage text support is good as is the one with Vera.

Easy to install, looks great! So much better...
Easy to install, looks great! So much better than the previous push button lock. Soft touch, and the numbers won't wear off. Have to try the box to set up control from Alexa and phone!

I love t he idea that I don't need to go into my pockets and dig out my key to lock and unlock the deadbolt. The only thing I was hoping for and thought this would do, is to open with an app. You need to purchase a ZWave device for your home in order to have that availability. I was hoping to just have an app to open the door, so when your bringing in groceries, you could open the door from your car, carry the groceries and open the door.

Replaced an older version of this lock. White key illumination is easier to read than the blue keys of the older version. We were able to pair it with the Samsung hub in seconds.
