When one turns the top lock it automatically unlocks and...
When one turns the top lock it automatically unlocks and one has to manually turn the knob to lock it which is not secure because I have grandson’s that forgets to manually turn the knob upon entering or leaving my last Schlage lock was the opposite

Horrible! I bought and went to install it. One...
Horrible! I bought and went to install it. One of the two screws one of the two screws on the dead bolt won’t thread. I bought a second set. Same problem. I tried to contact Schlage-they haven’t responded. I’m throwing out two sets of locks.
