Replaced existing lock at a good price. So easy to install (once I read the instructions 3 times.) Found that inner screws have to be tight in order for tiny covers to stay in and tapped them in place. Really like the Schlage Pewter finish. Matches door handle.

It was very difficult to have the locks keyed to my existing key. More people need to be trained to complete the rekeying process.

I bought this and a related handle set about 12 years ago. The outside side finish started to wear off on both. I sent an email to Schlage support and followed the directions (with pictures of the damage) and within 2 days I had a brand new set of both. Great customer service

Love the finish and durability!!

Great locks. Easy to install. Easy to rekey by locksmith. The only issue is the little screw hole covers do not stay in place. They fall out on a regular basis. Schlage should have matched the color of the screws with the color of the lock. As it stands, the screws are silver, and the lock is matte black. The screw covers are needed to hide the difference in color.

These locks are great. I feel very secure in our home. They have very clean lines. Overall is a great product.

Schlage makes the very best locks, in my opinion. These are very well designed and are perfect for secure gate access.

Works fine, had to get it rekeyed to match exterior door hardware lock set. Schlage should offer this dead bolt and the door lock set in one package - keyed alike. If you do offer that, please go over it with your big box retailers.

I appreciate the sales associate who helped me find this product and explain the differences between this one and other products that I was considering. This was the last piece on the shelf, box opened--the sales associate went to look in the back for more. He helped make sure that all of the pieces were in the box. Everything worked out well with installation. The product stands up to its name.
