Very nice quality and easy to put up

The shade took over four weeks to be scheduled to be delievered, and when it showed up it was damaged and I had to send it back.

We received our awning , put it up and everything seemed fine until we went to use the crank to roll it back up and the crank (handle) is broken. We could hear rattling from the inside of handle so I assume it wasn’t made correct or damaged in shipping. Hoping to reach customer service soon

Excellent unit. Good quality material, excellent aluminum extrusion housing. Very stiff housing so be sure to use the enclosed pilot hole templet to locate brackets and one person for each bracket to hang it. (I hung mine overhead on my porch)(three stepladders and three people, 120 inch unit). Easy to install IF you exactly locate brackets. Roll up / down mechanism is probably plastic alloy gears, so be patient in operation. But works good for a porch sun shade. 90 percent uv reduction model definitely lowers the temperature of my evening sun.
