Has everything ya need to do the install I found a contact cement and installed the screen , opened the mounting holes ( with soldering gun ) to be extremely helpful and top quality install! Kurt

I bought these two vent 14 months ago. They are now so brittle that large pieces of plastic are falling off. They clearly were not made with a polymer with any sort of UV protection. Consider these disposable and don't expect them to last more than 1 year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Issues to me after installing were. 1) vents didn’t open quick enough and shelter was already hot when they did. 2) Not enough air passes though the small openings of the round part that opens. What I did to allow more air flow was to gut out the round temperature controlled disc and re installed the louvered cover with the protective screen. See photos 3,4 and 5.

I bought these for my (2) 13'x20'x10' shelters because it was getting extremely hot in them. I am a little concerned about the function of it. On mine, the part that "opens" seems to rub the mating surface. So far it is still hot in there (98 degrees) and they are not opening. I love the shelters, not too happy with the vents.

I use them on all my garages. Very good product! The only one I use on all my garages. I love shelterlogic products.

Product is what it says, a vent that opens when hot and closes in the cold. There are three things which would improve this product: 1. Include extra gromets, easy to drop these when trying to install and would be a nice touch given the minimal cost. 2. The fly screens should be larger, can be difficult centering the screen on install and making them a little larger would help. 3. Why not have a printed square on the back of the box for a template. This would make the layout process so easy, just cut the square out of the box and use it as a template.

Good concept however the automatic vent does not open at 74 degrees and above as advertised. Vent must be wedged open for ventilation of hot stagnant air.

I haven't installed them yet but any ventilation has to be better than none

The greenhouse I am replacing had a terrible problem with ventilation and so heavy condensation and over heating were a constant problem. This self opening vent is going to be the perfect solution to solve both heat and moisture problems. What is best is I thought the only option was a powered vent, but this is temperature controlled and will work perfectly as our end walls are alighed with prevailing wind.

It is exactly what I needed. I have a 28 ft long x15 wide x10 high shelter logic storage in NH for my van rv. I definitely needed some ventilation in the structure and these vents worked great. They open automatically without electricity and close on their own by the use of some special spring that works with temperature. These vent’s definitely air out the structure like they are supposed to. I definitely would recommend them. Thanks

This is the best investment ever. Keeps the inside of the shelter much drier than before and was very easy to install.

Works perfectly to add ventilation to my shelter and i believe it will extrnd the life of the shelter by keeping it cooler inside on hot summer days

Waited two years through the Pandemic to get this pop up Shelter Logic, shed in a box. So happy, it took a couple only 5.5 hrs to erect. Directions great. A few extra hardware pieces in case. We are geeked. Love it!

It's ok. Doesn't seem to close tightly. First one was broken. I gave a 4 because the customer service was decent in replacement otherwise 3.
