Both vanities scuffed and scratched upon arrival
Ordered the 38 in. dark alder vanity without a top and first one arrived scuffed, scratched, and a large crack in one of the drawers. Returned through Home Depot and recieved a new one that was also scuffed and scratched throughout the entire piece. Too frustrated to return the second one and will try to fix some of the scuffs if I can find matching stain. Maybe the only "nice" ones are those without any stains? Will NOT order through this company again. Need better shipping packaging to prevent this kind of damage.

The Natural Alder is beautiful. Lots of space in the drawers and cabinet. Delivery was fine. No damage. Only complaint I have is the delivery service people. They need to speak slower on the phone and say who they are. I had to play back the message four times in order to figure out who was calling and to write down the phone number.

The inconsistent spacing between the drawers was very noticeable. When looking at the vanity. I was also disappointed with the transit time it took to receive my order. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to delivery so I could be there. The call came after it was dropped off.

The cabinet has a nice appearance, but when you first install the drawer fronts do not line up exactly. They provide instructions and screws to create even lines, but this takes time and patience to accomplish.
The space here is well apportioned. Some reviewers complained about having trouble with the shelf under the sink bowl fitting into place, but mine did fit underneath the elbow of the sink drain. I like having the drawer beneath that - it makes the cabinet seem very roomy.

When we originally ordered the vanity two different colors were shown for dark adler. What arrived was darker than it appeared in the picture (more like an espresso). We are still pleased with the vanity and plan to install it. It is very well constructed. We also ordered the medicine cabinet and mirror which do match in color.

I had a contractor install it. I also bought my own top - black and white, natural stone. It looks lovely.
The bottom drawer is quite roomy and there's more than ample space for two full sets of towels. I would strongly recommend to anyone that when buying a vanity that they choose one like this with the bottom drawer.
It's amazing how much extra storage space it provides.

The white turns out to have door & drawer fronts...
The white turns out to have door & drawer fronts of fake wood and thermofoil--which is plastic, folks. I selected this brand and paid a premium because the website description & product comparison said this model was actual wood construction. Good enough product, but hardly worth the price.

Based on the information on HD site and also on the manufacturing site, I tried to determine if the doors and drawer fronts were thermofoil wrapped MDF. An email from manufacturer said they solid wood fronts so I ordered. I was very disappointed to receive the vanity and notice they are in fact MDF. Just another cheap way a manufacture tries to save money. For this price point, I was willing and expected to get solid wood, not the cheap crap you can get in the stores.
