Handle bracket on lower unit bent unable to assemble. had to return unit ( 50 mile )

Started fine, used for a short time, all seemed good. More use will give me more use and experience.

This product delivered as advertised. I used it rigorously in the first 2 weeks of ownership and it performed flawlessly!! Id recommend it!

Easy to use. Light weight.

Most power washers go forward, this one you have to pick it up and drag it behind you. Very awkward and cumbersome, most likely will return it because of this. The rest of the unit is good, easy to start and a strong pressure.

Came upside down box open top dented send it back couldn't believe it

Well designed and easy to assemble. Works as advertised.

The product itself is great. It starts easy and runs great. Unfortunately we had to reorder it 3 times because it kept coming in damaged. The manufacturer does not package it correctly and the gas tank comes in dented in several places. Even our 3rd try has a few small dents but we decided they were acceptable and would not effect its functioning. HD Customer Service was great in handling it each time and gave us a discount for our inconvenience.

bought this pressure washer to replace my old one that had a split in the high-pressure pump. I have used it 2 times this week and love it - ez start and does the job.

Unit developed a leak after the first use!! Was returned for another--sure hope the same issue does NOT resurface!!

The machine works well. You must take the time to familiarize yourself with a lot of new names and devices.

Just what I was looking for. Exceeded my expectations in power and ease of use. No issues and performs as described. I recommend it for home use. So far I have used it a lot cleaning concrete, the house and around the pool. ?

Purchased my first pressure washer after reading/learning of what was available and reputation of manufacturers. I chose a Simpson washer but not with the HONDA engine. I read some reviews on the CRX210 engine. Appeared to be a clone of the HONDA engine but less expensive and AMERICAN made. I should have followed my instinct, paid a little more and got the same capacity but with the HONDA engine. This unit (3400 PSI, 2.5GPM) when shut off to change from surface scrubber to wand is DIFFICULT to start at reaching operating temperature! I really don't want to return it...the pressure is fine. However, I purchased planning on using it for years to come and don't want to look forward to extensive pulls to get a warm engine to restart. P.S. the gas cap is plastic which I dislike. I would recommend one buy a Simpson with a HONDA engine.

easy to assemble and easy to use, great pressue

The motor started easy but it only ran for 1 minute. After it died I was not able to get it started again. I ended up returning it to the store. Customer service was very helpful.

Very disappointed l. Broken parts and holes for screws didn’t line up

Works like a charm! Easy to use, multiple tips for different cleaning applications, uses regular gas.

Order it, arrived on time. Very powerful. It does an excellent job. The negative is that is muffler is loud and the short frame push handle is hard to push it around.

I purchased mine from Tractor Supply co. Thee Simpson 3400 psi pressure washer . Worked great for a couple of washes. Then motor kept dying out like gas was shut off , At full power it crashed out shut down and the pull handle stopped dead . Next day the pull start worked again. Like the rings were swelled up. Trying to get the manufacturer to replace the machine.
