I love this SMARTECH 1500 lumens dual powered rechargeable LED flashlight. I'm kind of a flashlight nerd and need one in all rooms of the house and easily accessible in the garage. None match up to this flashlight. Beginning with it's pocket size, being rechargeable with the option for 3 "C Size" alkeline batteries is awesome. Now add in that it is USB capability to charge my phone, tablet and my bluetooth speaker with its 7000 mAh Power Bank. I haven't been able to test its claim of lasting for 31 hours of the highest setting of brightness but I have no doubt it can. It has 5 adjustable focus abilities and can stand on its own as an emergency lamp. Made of durable aircraft aluminum and doesn't slip around in my hand. The packaging clearly states what is included and shows off its sleek design. Comes with a One Year warranty and is Made in China. The package also includes their website.

My wife thinks I have too many flashlights. I do admit that I like a really good flashlight and I am always on the lookout for a better one. This Smartech rechargeable LED flashlight is really, really nice. First off, it is clearly well made. It is a hefty , all aluminum, 9 inches long - 10 inches in zoom mode. It comes with a charger for its powerful Lithium battery. LEDs on the charger show charging progress - do not forget to pull out the small plastic disc behind battery before charging the first time or nothing will happen. A red LED on the flashlight shows charge power at any time. Beam can be narrow or wide and there is low, med and high power for the beam. In addition, you can use the strobe and "SOS" feature. You can use the rechargeable Lithium battery or 3 "C" batteries. That is a lot of features in just one well made flashlight.

Super nice Smartech flashlight! I got this for my husband, and he is really impressed with the quality of his new toy. The weight of the flashlight and how it feels in his hand is probably his favorite thing about it. He likes that the flashlight can switch modes from high beam to medium and then low. It also has a strobe light feature and an SOS mode. The light beam can be widened or narrowed as well. Additionally, the flashlight works with regular batteries or a rechargeable one. A USB charging cable and USB output cable are included for more options.

I like that it is rechargeable so I don’t have to keep buying and throwing away batteries. It is a good size -- the advertising mentions “pocket sized,” but this is long enough to stick out of your pocket! It is high grade aluminum and feels very sturdy. The beam can be adjusted from very narrow to see the trail ahead of you at great distance or it can be very wide to light up your entire camp area. It has three light levels so you can pick the right one for your needs. It has a strobe light function (emergency beacon??) and an SOS flash mode. You can use this unit to power up your cell phone also. The stats say that it will run for 2.6 hours on high, 4 hours on medium, and 31 hours on low. I haven’t needed to run it long enough at one time to test these numbers. Overall, this is an impressive flashlight with great features that will hold up to whatever you throw at it. You can get cheaper flashlights, but you also have to take into account having to buy batteries all the time for cheaper flashlights.

The smartest flashlight on earth! Rechargeable lithium ion battery is amazing. Plug it into wall to charge it up. It has a battery meter to tell charge level and a button to check the level later. Instructions says run time is 31 hours! It has an output USB port to charge your phone in a pinch. The flashlight beam has a zoom focus from very wide spotlight down down to a focused beam. 9" length is big size but not too heavy to handle but more than the smaller flashlights.

This is a wonderful flashlight! Works when storms cut power. Very reliable and charges between usages. Purchased for my kids. Have one in house and it is great.

Have to take it back . The flashlight doesn’t work .

Bought this because of a great discount offer. Just went through a power outage and I went for this flashlight first and wow this thing performs! I was blown away with the amount of light energy this thing delivers!

Worst lights I have ever had. They keep going off, then on repeatedly. I would not recommend. If I had original packaging I would return. Susan Harper

Seems Durable and very bright. It’s annoying to have to cycle through all the settings to turn it off and the usb connection hiding under a bottom ring on the handle is nice but seems loose and likely to not stay closed after a little more use. Overall a good buy though!

Exactly as advertised very easy to use. Brightness is great and casts a wide or narrow beam among other features. Rechargeable as well as battery operated is nice as well

To early to tell. But we have 90 days to try it out. Actually with the HD credit card I have 12 months to make sure it’s a good deal. Can’t understand why someone with a defective product would just trash it and complain about wasting money if it doesn’t work right after purchase.

it kept turning itself off right out of the package

Charged it up and depressed the on button. Nothing. Tried again, it came on flickering. Turned it off, waited a minute and tried turning it on again nothing. It's now in my trash can. $30 waste of time & money. Don't buy this piece of garbage!
