The on & off switch fell off the first day of using it...can not turn the engine off...everything else is good.

Underpowered. OK for light trimming.

I like everything about it, but I have a little problem starting. I would have preferred a .255 string line. I AM ALMOST 91 YEARS BUT I CAN HANDLE BETTER THAN THE CRAFTSMAN WHEEL TRIMMER. MAYBE I CAN GET A BETTER TECHNIQUE ON STARTING. THANK YOU...

It has made getting our trim done so much easier (and easier on my back). It is easy to add new string and I can start it without any problems. So happy to have it help get our yard back in shape!!

Vicious little sucker. It really eats the weeds. I use the Black Diamond string now and nothing stops it. Love this thing!

it needs more power for long grass. would by the larger next time.Also grass constantly gets wrapped around the head. and wheels need to be bigger. The bigger model solves these issues for twice as much.

This works great so easy to use and reload string. Bought this because using regular trimmer would always leave my shoulder and arms sore for days.

Lightweight and powerful! Really makes short order of tall overgrown areas that would stop a regular mower! Since the area i cut is deep and slanted, i opted for the 2 cycle and it works great!

Won’t stay running and won’t cut any grass when it is running. Dies down and shuts off. Going back Friday.

As long as you go in a straight line it’s fine. Did what I wanted it to do. Take a load off of my back

Love this little machine, I am 72 and makes weed wacking much more easy. Glad I bought it.

Materials and workmanship good for the price. Did have to ream the holes for the plastic pins of the spare string tube, which broke off during use anyhow. Runs fine, with adequate power, and factory-set idle is right. Might be a good tool for use on smooth lawns, but not a very good solution in my case. Bought it because of a deteriorating low back with increasing difficulty using a hand-held. Happy to live in an "unimproved" woods, I only trim off taller, dying, or nasty vegetation, like black snakeroot, leaving the flowers and attractive ground cover such as wild ginger. But natural woodland ground is lumpy. The wheels are solid and smaller than on other walk-behinds, so it's difficult to push and navigate. If they were a little larger, with PNEUMATIC TIRES, they would roll much better on rough ground.

Does not perform as shown on video. Cutting through tall weeds and grass, the longer plant stems get wrapped around the cutting head, and have to be cleared. Doesn’t seem to have enough horsepower to cut through anything more than short grass and very small weeds. When trying to cut along a wall or fence, the cutting line keeps getting dislodged from the head. We are very unhappy with this purchase.

Worked for about 5-10 minutes before stopping. Could not restart. Returned to local Home Depot for refund.

very hard to start . line comes loose too soon -only stay in when double - stop running when low on gas
