They arrived poorly packed. They were partially painted with large bare spots where the paint was missed. I did not use them. Basically, these are junk.

Well made, hard to get seam to not leak without a lot of caulking and fillers.

Looks like it’s going to work out haven’t had time to put gutters up yet, everything else seems to fit !

Use full joiner, enables joining of the gutter without cutting and notching.

This product has too many crevices that must be sealed. It has a severe tendency to leak.

These things do not work well at all. I just installed 45’ of aluminum using an overlap method I learned on YouTube, 6” overlap, one seam line works awesome. Similar to how you intall vinyl siding, quick snip here and there and the lengths snap together. Dont waste your time with these

Nice product. Had to do some modifying of the slip joint in order to fit correctly

Sure did a great job and blended in perfect with gutter lengths. I completed entire gutter installation last week. On to next Honey do punch list

Arrived in good condition. items were separated by paper so they didn't scratch each other.

They leak really bad

A little difficult getting the gutter bends in the slots since some of the connectors offsets did not match the gutter profile

The ordering process was terrible. You couldn't order all the parts in the same color (colonial gray) thru HD. When contacted HD refers you to the vendor. The vendor tells you to order the parts in what ever color HD offers them in and call them back with the PO and they (vendor) will make the necessary changes in the order so all the parts match in color. The vendor was very helpful in this regard. HD then provided me with estimates of delivery dates. Twice I remained home to receive the delivery only to watch the UPS truck drive past. The third delivery date was correct. The rain gutter arrived in one shade of gray (not colonial gray) and the associated parts were in colonial gray. Also one of the rain gutter lengths was marred with a 8" section bent out of shape. The box showed no signs of damage so the vendor just shipped this damaged part. Not what you would expect from HD.

Fit Fine

Part works great......the vendor you have to wait 4 weeks to screw up your order from sucks! Terrible vendor....home depot get someone else these guys are worthless! Cost me over a thousand dollars because I couldn't get this 3 dollar part on time...4 weeks to get a 3 dollar part that got "lost" during shipping twice is a joke!

if you order almond you have to buy this in white and paint it whats up with that. there is every other part in almond but this one

One of the gutters was dented a little bit in a couple of places otherwise then I would have written excellent

It is a poor fit to a gutter as the contours do not match. The inside corner seam leaked even though it is not part of the joint. The inside shape makes it hard to seal correctly. Will not use again.

To make a long story short you need to bend the inside flanges up or out slightly before pushing in the 2 gutter sections you want to connect. Then secure with either sheet metal screws or rivets and caulk all the seams. Doesn’t look bad if you do it right. Just don’t assume the gutter sections easily slide in

I’ve used these before but was able to get them in white. After much consideration I returned them and purchased something different. Didn’t feel like adding the extra expense to paint them white.

I had to give it one star, because there is not a choice to give it less. This is supposed to be designed for two runs of gutter to slip into it, joining them together. The exterior dimension of a 5" gutter is a bit more that 5" and I believe this connector is the exact same size. At first I thought the gutters would snap into this connector for a tight fit. But no. I tried to hit the gutters in with a hammer, and still no, they are never going to fit in there. Finally I set the gutter in there a bit askew, filled the gaps with a lot of gutter sealant. See that top piece closest to you in this stock photo? You're supposed to bend it over the front edge of your gutter, but it's not quite long enough, especially when your gutter could not really sit down flat in the bottom of the joiner. So I put two sheet metal screws in that to hold it in place. In the end, you have something that looks really horrible and the functionality of it will required re-applying that sealant pretty often. Whoever designed this piece should be sent to the cornfield.
