Locking pin does not slide. No Hole for locking pin. Door is alreade installed. Will Home Depot pay for removal and reinstall??

Overall, very satisfied with the quality of the door and the price was very reasonable.

Ordered 2 sets of double doors. The 48"x80" arrived with a large crack in the frame. The 2nd double door (different size - 60"x72") has the door handle hole drilled 2' off the ground. One would have to be a very short person to open that door comfortably. Will either have to return it or see if I can get a new hole drilled higher & patch the lower hole. The frame quality that holds the door could be a bit better. The doors themselves seem OK quality wise when using for shed doors.

Time will tell how well built this door is. At this time, the door seems to be a good value. We have no issues with quality and condition. My installer was very impressed with the adjustable striker plate.

A fine pair of doors that was used in a temporary wall for a customer. Performed as expected. Easy to install. Hopefully the doors will be upcycled once their project is complete.

Installation instructions did not mention the need to remove screws from the top of the door casing before installation. Customer service acknowledged with apologies. Not helpful because the door had to be uninstalled to remove them.

I got this door for a storage shed and its perfect. I read some other review and was worried, but the price got me to take a risk and buy. I am pleasantly surprised with quality. It’s basic and functional. Some of the other reviews sound like a installation issues. I’m a skilled installer, so that wasn’t really a problem. I ordered the door online and picked it up at the store, it was packed in a crate it was well protected and was undamaged.

Unfortunately for me the frame was built/sized incorrectly. The width of opening was the exact width of the doors. Not sure how it was even possible to close these doors inside jambs for shipping. I had to disassemble the jambs and fabricate shims to expand the opening at threshold and header.

Very good door..no issues with quality; closes well and the finish is fine. I would have rated this five stars but the holes for the sliding bolts (on the door without the knob) were not drilled into the frame and the aluminum saddle. Had these been drilled this would have been a five star item.

Sturdy door, easy to install. Did not receive an excellent because the latch receiver strike plate looks a little cheap.

Doors were easy to install, however they didn't fit right. They were to tight and didn't line up, making them hard to close.

Door did not line up well. Difficulty getting door to latch.

The door seems as advertised and with some adjustments closes well. However, if one plans to open both halves of the door frequently, there is a rubber seal at the bottom around where the lower pin goes into the threshold. This seal rubs very hard and will soon fail.

Door was shipped in a robust way to make sure it wouldn't be out of square or plumb and was good once we pulled the shipping material off. Rough opening dimensions were true which made for an easy install.

Perfect fit for my shed. Even better the fact its already has primer on it.
