Just installed Tempra 29 Plus. So far is working Very well. I gave it 4 Stars Because I just installed it We’ll see in a year.

I bought this to replace my old one that I had for 9 years. It works great, but just remember if you have hard water you’ll want to descale it regularly.

Quiet operation. Steady flow. Install was simple.

BEAUTIFUL DESIGN PLUS FLAWLESS OPERATION. BRILLIANT!

This is the third one of these units I have owned. They work great, just remember to flush them on a regular basis if you have hard water or they will overheat and burn out the elements. We can have 2 showers running in the house at the same time and still have hot water. The water pressure is slightly reduced due to the flow control on the heater itself. My mother has had the same one for 5 years with no issues due to regular flushing. Installation is very simple. I am an electrician and did run the circuits myself, so unless you are a qualified electrician, I highly recommend you hiring a licensed contractor to install it and plumb it. The warranty will be voided unless it is installed by a professional.

We replaced an old 60-gallon electric tank heater with this unit. It supplies 1-1/2 baths and a kitchen. The old unit took up 90% of the space in the closet where it was located, making it impossible to access piping and other utilities that were co-located in the closet. With the Tempra 24 Plus, we now have easy access to everything, and the unit's performance has been flawless. It has sufficient capacity to supply this half of our home with ease.

Easy to install and it works great I have 3 showers and it heat up very fast.

This tankless is incredible. Far exceeded our expectations. The heat is amazing and has enough caps city to support all our needs 1 shower, sink, kitchen sink, and dishwasher all at the same time with Washington state ground water temps. We love it.

Easy to install, works great

I had this Electric on Demand WH installed in a small rental unit replacing a standard 30 gallon electric WH for which there has never been a complaint. The rental has one small bath and a kitchen sink. It appeared even though the WH was small that it would handle the rental unit's requirements. The wiring and pipes were modified to the exact specifications for this Stiebel model. From the first day the unit was not capable of a successful shower. They shower could have adequate pressure and only warm water, or low pressure and hot water but not pressure and hot at the same time. My plumber was not able to fix the problem and Stiebel's support wasn't able to help. I removed the Tempura 12+ and installed a new standard electric WH. I have no complaints now. All of the good reviews for Stiebel's WH are for the more powerful models. This model is inadequate for even a single shower. I do give Home Depot 5 stars. They delivered my online order on time and in good condition. They also allowed my return with no questions asked.

Constant hot water! Amazing that endless hot water-doesn’t run out after 1 1/2 hours. Only drawback is you must turn water on full for it to begin heating. Replaced a broken electric water heater in our trailer and very happy with the results! Worth every penny just be sure to add a sediment filter if you’re on a well with super hard water! FYI did have to add wiring and bigger circuit breakers.

Super easy to install, works perfectly. Plenty of hot water

It’s been a full year now that we’ve been using this 24 Plus tankless electric water heater which replaced our natural gas tank water heater. I am so blown away with how well this unit functions. It was very easy to install, which I did myself, and has functioned flawlessly for this first year. So easy to maintain and the hot water output is incredibly predictable.

Once the additional electrical and plumbing hook-ups where ready, the Tempura is easy to install and has worked great. It makes me realize how little hot water we use and how its crazy to heat water in a tank 24/7. On-demend is the way.

The unit was a replacement for another one we had. Install was easy and works great. Provides continuous hot water and we have a house with four adults so there is a lot of hot water needs,

Easy installation except wiring. Cost an extra $250 in material to install myself and thankfully had enough circuit breaker space.

The Stiebel Eltron Tempra 20 plus was a big upgrade from their Tempra 12. The 12 was fine during the warm months but could keep up during an Arkansas winter. The 20 is MUCH better, didn't take much to upgrade the feed with the extra 40amp circuit and it keeps up just fine and provides as much pressure and hot water as one could want, particularly in the shower.
