Anti-frost? Is that a joke? Are you serious? This is a pro-frost fridge, not anti frost. I really think this fridge was made for a tik tok video as it could not be more of an ironic joke. It is literally the most pro-frost fridge on the planet. I will put any money on this fridge frosting up faster than any other fridge on the face of the earth!

I've had my eye on an under the counter upright freezer for some time. But it was so cost prohibitive. Finally bit the bullet and purchased, still too expensive. It is just what we needed: that extra freezer space without going big and being able to keep it accessible in the kitchen It's quiet and fit perfectly into the space we had already. Two drawers makes finding and retrieving items a delight

When we received the freezer and plugged it in it did not function properly. We followed the start up instructions and tried to get the controller to respond without success. We followed the troubleshooting guide and finally got the unit to turn on and begin the cooling cycle. We still could not get the controller unit to function properly. We could not get the read out to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit nor could we get the unit to adjust the temperature. We contacted the manufacturer and received a replacement control unit. When the repair technician finally came to replace the control module, he saw that the manufacturer sent the wrong module. We have since received another module from the manufacturer. We are now waiting for another repair appointment to finally get a functional freezer. The appliance should have worked right out of the box, instead we are waiting through 5 weeks of mistakes and delays to get it fixed. We would not recommend this appliance or the manufacturer to anyone for any reason.

I was very excited to get this little freezer. It is expensive but I loved the features. It was great while it worked. Needing now to find someone to see if it is worth repairing. At this point I would not buy it again. Very disappointed. One day the temperature started rising and the alarm did not go off. It sounded like it was running but it was no longer working. We had enough space in our other freezer to move all the food out and caught it before things thawed. Been putting off calling because I do not want anyone in the house. We put it in the garage to be looked at. What a huge hassle.

Three weeks in - so far all is good. A bit heavy to maneuver down to the basement, and don’t much care for the controls and temp gauge at floor level. Pricey, but the frost free aspect makes this freezer worth every penny. Appreciate the 2 separate drawers to keep items organized. It is very quiet so would be an excellent addition to any main floor kitchen. We just didn’t have the room.

We purchased a second one because the first was great, needed the square foot and wanted counter height.... second one will not power up, no lights, etc. Try to get through to customer support at Home Depot...sends you to a number not in service! It is a great product if it works...in this case no.

Currently 2 weeks in upon receiving the freezer it is still unable to funciton. Repairman diagnosed it is the condenser and is waiting from the company to either repair or replace. The system kept coming up with an error code of E7 which is door latch issue...it was not that. I hope to get this situation corrected and move on. This freezer was perfect for the space available in the kitchen. It appears to be of good quality...but the function is vital.

This is an outstanding compact freezer. The two drawers provide easy access to all products. The self-defrosting feature is great. The only drawback is that to get the self-defrosting feature, you have to pay a high price!!
