Love having a warm bathroom floor.

To be honest, it was a big job for a DIY. The final product of having a warm tile floor underneath the table was easily worth the extra effort. It is working wonderfully to keeping our bare feet warm as well as a cool spot in the house much more comfortable.

Worked Great! for 3 days:( Followed every step by the letter..and can not get any response from the manufacturer on this problem. Flooring installed now and no answers on this issue VERY DISAPPOINTED

Awesome!!! I’m an old tile setter, installed many of these for customers, finally get to install one in my own home, finally get to see what I’ve been missing. I ordered the 10ft mat, cut out about 4ft of the end (to wrap it in front toilet).

After installing this product an tiling iver it it wound not work. Pulled up tile ovee sensor an replace the sensir still didi not work. Not worth it

The warming mat was easy to install.

I am still waiting for the floor to cure. But as of now I can only feel warmth in the center of the concrete floor. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to work, the guy who installed it said they installed it throughout the whole floor. As of now I still cannot fill the whole floor warmth.

So far, so good. We installed the heated floor mat under our porcelain tile and have only had it for 1 month. It was easy for us to install and our electrician wired it up. We are hopeful that the floor mat will be durable and last for many years.

Not the smoothest to lay tile over

The flooring advisor recommended this to me, he took the time to explain it in detail and methods of installation. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to help. The product has been installed, however it’s not been hooked up the the electrical panel yet. Easy to install!

Installs easily. Works well

Once tiled it must have had a bad spot in the mat due to it just keeps tripping breaker. This was money out the window.

Followed the installation instruction to the "T" and it went in easy was real happy !! Then after just (2) weeks NO Heat:( Floor is tile and warming pad below it so not a happy camper at this time who can help me out at Sun Touch? waiting for a reply... I would be more then willing to give a five star if the thing actually worked as it did for the (2) weeks.

Found a better kit cheaper and provided more sq ft.

Contractor was able to install it easily beneath our new floor tile and it works fine. (It's main purpose is to warm up the floor, not heat the whole room--there is still a heating duct from the furnace in the bathroom).

Works well but kind of expensive.

When we recieved this, the length was off by 4 feet. I'm not sure how that happened, but we didn't realize it until the day we needed to put it in, so we had to make it work. It took a very long time (about a day) to heat up the floor (ceramic tile). However, we now have lovely warm tiles!

easy install

I have just installed the mat and it fits perfect in the area I put it. The mat went down easily and all the prep work went just fine. This is a new construction house so everything was ready to put the mat in place. I’ll let you know how it is to tile over later and the how it works once we use it.

Super expensive & not worth the money you pay for it

Really good floor warmer works excellent only downside when installed under thick marble floors takes a long time to get warm 3-4hrs

doesn't work

Lasted three years. And of course, with a tile floor there's no replacing it. Very disappointed.

I have almost 1000sqft heated tile in my house and love the warmth. I would highly recommend this product as it is easy to install, use and extremely cheap to run daily.
