Not good. Opened the box two days ago to check parts. All parts are there, BUT problems with frame parts A & B. Tubular ends that fit into one another are out of round. Had to try rounding ends and using mallet to pound frames together. Screws supplied to screw frames (3 of twelve stripped) pour quality. As far as assembly has gotten. Waiting for son in laws to arrive next week to complete assembly.

Beautiful Canopy. Easy to assemble. Followed instructions step by step. I was delighted to see how well the packaging held up due to the size and weight of the unit. I installed it on our 16X16 deck. Used deck screws to anchor. Thanks Way Fair.

Really worth the money. Real classy canopy for its price. Fairly easy to install. You will need 2 folks for installation but not all the time. Very sturdy canopy and looks really good in my deck

Would give 6 stars if I could!! We love love love this gazebo!! We received the Sunjoy 10x10 Bronze Bamboo Steel Gazebo and we could not wait to get it set up! At first we were a little concerned about how long it might take but total time probably took about 3 hours and we weren’t going super fast. We went through the checklist of all the parts first and everything was intact. It was a pretty easy setup. The directions can be slightly vague at times because they only have pictures. No written directions are given. However, we were able to figure it all out. My husband and I found it fairly easy to put together. You will definitely need a tall later to reach the top section. The steel seems pretty durable however some of the legs has a few small dings from shipping I assume. It’s not that noticeable. The canvas fabric seems very durable and we love the neutral tan color. It has provided us a great amount of shade in our yard where we had none. It’s quite cool under the gazebo. The canvas top does a great job of filtering out the heat from the sun. We have it set up on our patio however it does come with stakes to hold it in the grass should you choose that route. I would highly recommend this gazebo. We have been outside sitting under it almost every day since we put it up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

When we bought our house this unit was already installed on the back deck, which we loved. Well a year later we got a nasty wind storm that destroyed the canopy, I contacted Sunjoy via phone and email and got no where. At one point I had a "rep" tell me that he would check with the "production team" and see about getting a replacement. I heard nothing for months, then randomly 4 months later I was emailed saying that the part was unavailable for order. This company is horrible!

We love this item. It works great. Remember to use scotch guard or a sun spray or it will fade

I have had the same Sunjoy gazebo for many, many years and it was time to replace it. I couldn't find another Sunjoy like it in stock anywhere, so I ordered a different one. It was almost as much money but not nearly as sturdy or attractive, and was alot of work to put together. Luckily after I sent it back, I did find another Sunjoy with the bamboo look like the one I had! It was so easy to put together and sturdier and much more attractive!

Exactly as ordered. Easy set up with just 2 of us. We had one from 15 years ago and liked it so much we ordered another one to match. Then, ordered another one for a different area. Well constructed and beautiful. Canopy cover is well made.

Totally, totally pleased with this purchase. Went up without drama and provides wonderful shade on the patio.

We recently put this together after receiving as a Christmas gift this past year and this thing is great. Very easy to assemble, looks really good and the quality is good. There is parts that could be of better quality, but overall this thing is awesome.

Excellent value. My boyfriend and I put this up in a matter of hours. I couldn't decide between purchasing the gazebo or an umbrella, so happy with my decision.

This has transformed our deck to a breezy patio! The gazebo is very well made and very easy to put together with a little help. I would recommend a full size ladder since the top is close to 10ft tall at the peak.

This is a great option for the money. You can find products that appear similar in the 200 range, but speaking from experience they are flimsy and don’t last. This one is sturdy and substantial.

Loved it until I needed to replace the canopy. You can’t find it anywhere. Sunjoy won’t respond to call or an email and all Home Depot does is refer you to Sunjoy. Do not buy this.

We have contacted Sunjoy several times to purchase replacement canopy to freshen up ours since it is worn but frame is fine! No contact back, and no replacement in store or online at Sunjoy. Really liked this canopy but will have to take it down if we can’t get a new canopy cover.

Since I had so much trouble getting this item it was too late to put it together I will wait til next spring to erect it . so I cannot rate this yet ..

Very nice, sturdy gazebo. Very happy with the quality. Took 3 people and a 6 ft ladder to assemble.

The Sunjoy Rosedale Gazebo looks great on our deck and keeps us cool on hot days. I was able to assembly it by myself which probably should take two people if you are not mechanically inclined. Every thing was included except for anchor screws which were purchased from Home Depot. It would be nice if a few more drain grommets were installed in the cloth top. This does not take away anything from a well designed and functional gazebo..

Relatively easy to assemble. It seems pretty sturdy. My disappointment is that it does very little to stop rain water. It is decent to provide shade on the back patio but you definitely can’t sit outside in the rain and stay dry.
