I received a nice, well-packaged board. One side is relatively straight while the other has some nice curvature. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the live edges are not totally live; that is, they are not as they were on the tree, still covered with bark, etc. As you can see in Home Depot's photo, portions of the edges have been shaved or abraded with something that left a ribbed surface. Sanding will be required to smooth out those ribbed grooves. Other than that I was pleased with what I got and I'm sure it will look great when finished.

I expected the Swaner hardwood to be the same length because on my hardwood it was a different length on one end and different in the other end.

Product arrived well packaged, a little delayed due to a shipping issue at one of the transfer points but time wasn't a factor for me. Board is not 100% clean of knots, which is not an issue for me, others may not understand that when purchasing. It is a solid piece, and I am looking forward to putting it to use.
