I like the size of the chair I'm 5'8" 190lbs . The massage is strong enough to make you really feel like it is doing something . The sead vibration though is useless. But that is not a big deal. Overall I am glad I bought the chair just make sure you get it on sale .

Ahhh what a feeling it is to be loved! I can get my own personal massage everyday, all day, any day I want. This chair is AWSOME! I’ve had massage chairs before but nothing like Titan “Osaki”. The Titan “Osaki, is so strong in it’s massages I can feel them deep to the bone. I’ve had my chair for about a week-and-a-half and have been in it everyday, morning and night. I feel so much less tense. The chair itself looks futuristic and stylish. Pros: - I love the leg extensions. I’m 6’3” and fit perfectly. - Heated back. It’s not as hot, but warm enough to know it’s on. - Zero gravity makes for feel like your on the clouds. - A definite buy. - All the different settings are cool to. Cons: - Where your shoulders go it’s really tight. It would be nice if it was adjustable outward. - The foot rest should also be adjustable for people with larger feet. The rollers land just below the metatarsals and missing the phalanges. - The armrest should also be adjustable, it only fits half of the lower part of the forearm to half my hand. But over all GREAT CHAIR!

I bought this chair in April and it was delivered on May 6th. The chair fabric is very nice and it seems to be well made. Very heavy chair. I am a very big boned energetic 5'9" 200 pound person and found this chair way TOO SMALL and NARROW. In order to feel the neck massage I had to remove the pillow. The space between the shoulder air bags is only about 14" and was way too narrow for me, I felt crushed and could not breathe. Even with the width adjustment on shoulders, it is still way too small. I could not insert my arms in the arm pockets due to having to operate the remote plus there was no room since I was squashed in. The butt area is also very narrow about 22" between the air bags. I did manage to squeeze in but so uncomfortable. The feet massager worked well but you have to constantly push it out since I am tall and my knees hung over the seating area about 2". So I could not enjoy the massage due to the constant pushing of the foot part. Upon going to the 360 degree angle, I thought I was going to go backwards so I quickly hit the down button before it took off. All in all all functions worked as they should, but the chair is definitely too narrow and too small. I am returning it. I do not recommend this for heavy tall individuals.

This Product is exactly as I expected. Everyone loves it at home. The delivery was much quicker than what was shown online. (Within 7 days). Very happy overall. Installation was super easy (came in 2 pieces, leg rest and the body) Its heavy so would need 2 people atleast (or a dolly) to move it into the house.

First of all, this is amazing massage chair. We are SO IMPRESSED with this chair, it comes in two boxes, Set up is very simple but the manual was so wordy I much preferred the YouTube video on set up. Over all, excellent quality, super therapeutic massage. I spent many hours learning what this chair can do and how to make it my dream chair. The answer is simple learn the controls. Before you purchase the Osaki OS-4000LS make sure you have someone that can help you bring it into the house and that it will fit thru your doorway (it barely fit for me and it was a pain), the delivery service will only bring it to your front door or garage. The chair comes in two boxes, the foot rest and the chair itself. Assembling it was fairly simple and you can always YouTube the instructions. Now onto my review of the chair; my wife and I have been looking for a massage chair to help us relieve some stress after work and this chair definitely does the job. The chair has 6 pre-programmed and 4 manual massage modes. There is also a timer which can be set for 5-30 minutes. I mainly use the manual mode and adjust it to my liking while my wife uses the pre-programmed modes (usually the relax mode). The chair massages from the back of my neck all the way down to my butt (my wife laughs when it does) and the foot rollers works wonders on the soles of the feet. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend it.

Definitely one of those impulse buys that I am so thankful I made. I have been pondering it for a couple years, and finally pulled the plug, and have never looked back. I have had it for about a month now. It wa a little difficult to get into the house (super disappointed with the delivery service). Had to take off a few doors, so be prepared.... but once in the room it has been awesome. The shoulders were a little tight at first, but once you get used to it they need to be tight for maximum pressure. The leg compressions are strong and really help to stretch the muscles. I actually like the stretch mode and it does stretch your muscles in ways that you wouldn't naturally stretch. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

We bought this for my parents and did try it out ourselves. It's delivered in 2 boxes, and assembly was quite straight forward...3 pins an electric and air plugs. However, the main chair is big and heavy. Will need 2 people who can lift about 300 lbs...hopefully, you don't have to take it up the stairs. Once in the house, it has rollers on one end so that you can lift it on one end and push it around. From a massage point, it does everything that it advertised. The back massage down to your lower lumbar and butt. The rollers on the soles of the feet. Air bags compressing your arms, shoulders, calves. The only negative is a weak neck massage....could be stronger, but it's possible to make it stronger by replacing a foam pad with a thinner one or taking it out altogether. The build and materials (faux leather) are all top quality.

My wife had been asking for a high-end massage chair for over 3 years and when I saw this deal on Home Depots website, I couldn't resist. The chair was delivered yesterday. Although it was very heavy and I needed help getting it into the house, surprisingly, it only took about 20 minutes to put it together and begin trying it out. All I can say is WOW. This chair is everything that we had hoped for and more. I am 6'4 and it's a little tight when extending the leg portion but still works just fine. And let me warn you, set the intensity to low before trying it on high because this chair means business! My wife works retail and works 70+ hours a week and last night, she enjoyed this chair so much that she fell asleep in it and didn't wake up until 2 am. I actually woke up this morning and went straight for the chair and set it for a 15-minute program on 'Energize' and it was better than coffee. Don't wait, BUY THIS CHAIR NOW!

My honest review of Osaki OS-4000LS I only gave it a 5-star because let's be honest, no one really read reviews with 2-4 stars. There are some really good features and some areas needing improvement. (Sorry for my english) - The function is amazing compare to massage chairs you find at the malls. The are 6 pre-programed settings with adjustable intensity and speed. -The packaging could've been better. It will come in two boxes, a small one for the foot rest and huge box (about 250 lbs) for the chair. Problem is, the huge box is only reinforced with styrofoam in all 4 sides but not the top and bottom. When it was delivered, the smaller box in on the top of the bigger box and almost sunken due to its weight and maybe freight handling. Be sure to check for damages before you let the shippers leave. -Speaking of delivery, please be advised that it will be a curb side delivery so you might/will need help getting it inside. I was able to get the whole box inside a 32" door way using sliders but it was a pain in the @**. Assembly instruction for the foot rest is okay but you can find youtube videos of it as well. - If you are planning to put this in your bedroom or anywhere with less than a 31" door way, look up youtube videos of disassembly as well. - The chair is gorgeous, looks well constructed and sturdy but.... it's pleather so I'll give it about 3-5 years before it will start peeling off. -I'm not sure about yet about the footrest feature. It doesn't really automatically adjust to your height. I have to slide it manually with my feet during massage so I'm not sure if it is defective. -At the time of purchased, I was able to get it for less than $1250 ( HD coupon, cash back apps and CC offer). Would I buy it for more than $1600? Nope.

I love this chair. It's in my daily routine, sometimes 2x a day. I initially purchased the Osaki 8500 which was a great chair but it doesn't provide the intensity as the Osaki 4000 once you take the inner pads out. This chair is amazing and with a great price. I ordered this online and the customer service at Home Depot was incredible and above excellence. Couple of very minor complaints would be for this chair to have a lower intensity level. Even at the lowest intensity/strength, my wife complains that it's a bit painful. Also the words on the display is a bit small for me to read without my reading glasses. All in all, an awesome chair and worth every penny.

This is the first massage chair I have purchased and I am very pleased with how it functions. I think it is a great product for its price. I find it very relaxing especially when I am using the “relax” mode. I would fall asleep during the massaging sessions due to how soothing it feels to my muscles.

This is the first time I buy a massage chair and it is a good deal. I have been using the chair for 2 weeks and it is working great. I really like the zero gravity position which is quite cozy and I fall asleep several times after the massaging session. I believe this chair is built for strong massaging, and this is exactly what I need. The foot roller is very useful to relieve the pain at my feet bottom. It would be better if it can massage the upper surface of the feet. I am 6'1'' tall and it is no problem for me to fit in since the foot part is extendable; however, you have to push it out using your own strength all the time, but on the other hand, the foot rollers can be tighter to my feet and it produces better results. By the way, the chair is really really bulky and heavy; we have to buy a shoulder dolly in order to move it from garage to family room (It would be nice if we can get reimbursed for the shoulder dolly from home depot or titan:). Overall, the chair is great and I would recommend it!

We have used this chair for a few weeks. My wife and me take 15 minutes on it everyday, we are very satisfied. It make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The size is a little bit big for us, but still ok. Overall, it's not bad, worth a shot.

I've always wanted a massage chair and when I saw the Osaki models on the Deal of the Day, I had to pull the trigger. But I did do some research first, so I'll share... There were some less expensive models that I was considering, but I read some reviews that they were a little tight in the shoulders for some. I'm a little more broad than the average bloke, so I decided on this model since it has the adjustable shoulder width. They all seem to get pretty good reviews, so I just needed to find the chair best for me. I landed on this one and I'm glad I did. Assuming they are still around the same price, you have to get the LS over the CS since the LS has foot rollers and they are pretty awesome. I also really like the lower back and buttocks massage. I've mostly been using the pre-programmed massages so far and I like Deep Tissue, Energy and Relax. As the evenings are finally starting to get a little cooler, I've been using the heat feature as well and that is nice. Some people are complaining about the delivery, but we didn't find it that hard to move into place with two people (did it with my dad who is almost 70). Our delivery guy was cool and brought it to the back porch for me. We did have to remove one side panel to get it to fit through the bedroom door, but that was easy. There's an online video that walks you through it. Just two screws with a hex wrench. A good review will touch on some "CONS" so here goes. If I were to change anything, I'd really like to see effort put into a better neck massage. This unit barely seems to touch on the neck and doesn't really give enough head support either, but I can see how that would be VERY difficult for the manufacturer since you don't know how tall the occupant will be or where exactly their neck will land from massage to massage. I can also confirm that it does NOT return to starting position at the end of a massage. You have to hit the power button to return to start. I find this weird, but not a big deal. All in all I've been very impressed and have been in the chair almost every day since purchase. Good luck.

I bought it when it was on sale ~$1799. The leather quality is amazing and massage strength is great enough to make me relax. It's like a Ferrari of massage chairs, way better than those go on sale in Costco once in a while with much higher price tag (~$3000 - $4000). Particularly I like its 'zero gravity' concept which basically tilt your body to flat in the air during the massage and that really makes it different from many other brands. The only problem I have is they don't have white glove delivery option, luckily the movers were nice enough to move it into my living room instead of doing a curbside delivery like mentioned in other comments. It did take some efforts for me to unbox and and push it to the corner all alone. The thing is probably 200lbs so getting a helper might be a smarter choice. Overall I am happy with the purchase and recommend it to anyone considering it to get it on upcoming sale.

Finally i got this massage chair after a lot of research and review all reviews. i believe this is the best massage chair at this price range. I love this nice strong massage chair. the vertical provide more comfortable arm position. personally i like manual setup to focus on my back pain. difficulty to bring inside of my house. Ask to delivery guys to help. don't forget give some tips. it is very heavy but very stable. this chair is excellent.

Hi. This is my first massage chair so i can't really compare it to anything, but i really like it even though it's not perfect. This chair is very heavy so you will need couple strong men to bring in to your house. It was pretty easy to assemble. This chair does a pretty good job on massaging upper and lower back, butt and feet. What is missing is your neck, arms and legs, these areas not being massaged except pressure pads for calves and arms but it doesn't do much. I'm not so worried about the legs and arms but neck massage would be really nice. Preprogrammed massage setting are almost the same. I would like to see some sort of bracket for remote control that would be facing you making it easier to use, maybe even touch screen. Also a drink holder is a must, to put my beer in because i just like to chill in this chair and watch tv.

Love it use it daily....a definite must have.

I bought the chair for my wife who suffers from back pain. It has helped her a lot. We have had it for 2 weeks. She loves it. It is very heavy so it takes two people to move it into position where you want it to stay.

Wonderful chair and flawless delivery! First off, I am a 5'11", 285lb weight lifter with very wide shoulders (I bench press 550lbs for reps) and narrow waist. I looked at massage chairs at a local dealer and a few I could fit in, a few I squeezed into, and some appeared as though they were made for a child as I literally could not sit in them as my shoulders are too wide for that to happen. Most chairs also require you to put your arms into the armrests at angles that I do not have the flexibility for. This is why I went with the Osaki OS-4000LS - It has physically adjustable shoulder width to comfortably accommodate myself as well as the other members of my family. The arm area is "vertical slot-style" and while I wish they were 4-6" deeper, at least allow me to put my arms in effortlessly. The chair appears to be very solid, it is quiet, and I would buy it again. Osaki is the leader in massage chairs and I understand why. - A closing thought is that if you do not have really wide shoulders, I would highly recommend looking at other of the many models Osaki offers.

It's not like the $10,000 massage chair I have used, but this one is worth every dollar I payed for it.

I purchased this chair as an early Christmas gift and I simply love it. The chair has 6 pre-programmed massages so if you don't want to learn everything that you can do with the remote you can simply choose to use one of those. I use the deep tissue and stretch options almost exclusively. The set up was very simple since the only thing not installed was the foot/leg attachment and it was pretty fool proof. I have had no problems with the chair, it works like a charm. Getting it into place was the only difficulty found and that was due to it size and weight. If you have any steps that you need to negotiate then you will need to plan ahead because of it's weight. Take note of the chairs dimensions so that you don't run into in problems. I found that the doorway to my bedroom was undersized so that the door and frame had to be removed.

I just loved the ivory color, it matched my wall and carpet. The foot roller and lower back massage with heat are the best feature for me especially after a long and tiring 12-hr shift.

The chair was easily assembled and moved into place without difficulty as it was narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway. The pre-set massage settings all seem about the same with some subtle differences. The foot massage is excellent as well as low back and spine coverage. The chair lacks a good massage for the neck, calves and arms. There is only pressure applied to the calves and arms. It is a bit challenging to isolate massage to specific areas since there is only one button to control the back massage in manual mode. The USB port for charging the phone is a nice addition, however, there is no place to safely put the phone. The remote holder is awkward since the remote is placed in upside down and must be removed to be used.

This is my first massage chair and I'm a novice, so take that into consideration for my review. Simply put, this chair is excellent! The different massage types, the heating, the massage for the feet - all are great. It is solid too, and heavy. The only thing I would change is the remote. It's a bit confusing as to what you can do in manual mode vs. pre-programmed massages and the manual doesn't help much. However, I did call customer support and they were somewhat helpful. If I could rate it at 4.5 stars, I would, because of the remote. But since I'm stuck at 4 or 5 stars, I'll give it a 5. Because, the bottom line is this: It is better than what I expected and it works..from head to toe!
