Not what I expected.

Amazing chair.Incredible massages.Highly recommend this chair:)

Firstly, we really enjoy this massage chair! Delivery was a snap as the chair comes fully assembled except the leg piece which just needs three bolts and a few cables to be attached. It's heavy and looks to be very well made. The airbags are just amazing, especially the stretch mode. This model rivals most of the best chairs we have used throughout resorts in Japan.

We have had this chair for about week and love it. The entire family is using it. I personally have poor posture that leads to back pain and some problems with a foot. This chair helps relieves my pain and gets me loose.

It vibrated, so if thats what you want buy it. It has cool features like sit mode and vibrate while sit mode.

The TITAN Osaki Brown Faux Leather Reclining Massage Chair does as it described. The chair might not fit for people under 5'1. I gave 4 stars for the chair, but the delivery just get 1. It took a whole month to deliver. I called several time to homedepot.com to straight it out the delivery issue.

This is my first massage chair. I brought it on Thanksgiving with great discount. It took me about a month to receive the chair, but it's worth. It is heavy, good quality, and easy to install. the pre-programmed option was great, and easy to use. All my family members love the chair. I almost sit on it every night.

I purchased this chair online from HomeDepot.com and had it delivered to my home. The chair was easy to put together. The chair looks great and all of the functions are great. I do have an issue that the calve area is not working. I will make a call to see if they can troubleshoot with me as I went through the entire set up guide to see if I could fix it. Overall the chair works great on all settings and is truly relaxing. It doesn't take up any more space than a normal recliner. Other notes: The vendor uses a 3rd party delivery company and you need to be present for the delivery. I took off a day from work and was scheduled for delivery 12-6pm. The chair did not arrive. I called the delivery company to see what happened and they could not tell me why it wasn't delivered but we scheduled a day the following week and my wife took off a day from work. It did not show up this day either. I contacted the Delivery company the next day and spoke to a Manager. He couldn't tell me why it wasn't delivered but offered to set up another delivery. I told them I could take that day between 4-6pm and he said he would arrange for it to be delivered. The driver and helper got to my house at 6:40pm.

Best massage chair! Especially great for people who work all day in front of a computer. The foot and back massage are very relaxing and the default intensity is just the right amount (and can be adjusted as needed). I have had it for over 2 months now and has been using it almost every day. It has become a routine for me. Also the chair is very easy to install and move around.

Great chair

We bought this chair about a month ago while it was on sale and are very happy with its performance so far. The delivery was timely and it was an easy set up. All the functions work great. One thing we don't care for is the 10 seconds of loud beeping when you first press your desired program and also when it's about 30 seconds from being finished. It's really annoying. I'll have to see if there's a way to turn off the beeping. Otherwise, this chair has been a fabulous addition to our home. Thank you!

The chair provides the optimal massage experience. This massage chair not only seats various sizes of individuals but scans their body and adjusts to suit their needs. The air bags never cease to amaze me and the bluetooth speaker is of professional quality allowing me to listen to relaxing tunes. In the end, not one single part of me is left unsoothed. I rate this chair a dazzling five stars!

Chair is well built. Arrived on time without damage (shipped all the way from China). Good chair to buy when on sale.

This is my first massage chair. I had it for 10 days now. Our family of 3 use it everyday since we have it. We are very happy with it. Since we are new in this area. We only use the pre programmed mode. There are some pros and cons as follow: Pros: Good bargain pricing (especially when it on sale, I paid $15xx). Solid built. Easy to assemble. Not bulky like most of other massage chair. The function is comparable to other brand massage chair twice the price. Give good massage to the whole body . Cons: It's very heavy. HD doesn't offer White glove delivery. I am lucky get a contractor friend with his crew working close by. It takes 2 strong men to move it up 10 steps. HD should offer WG as an option. Some other seller has it but sell it in double the cost. Poor manual. Poor design on remote position. I have to put it up side down in the slot and hard to reach. Bottom line: It might not be perfect. But it's a excellent buy for this price.

This is an excellent machine with full massage options. The order process was easy and quick. Delivery needs improvement though.

I really like the chair, but after about 18 months it stopped working- getting a non-stop beeping and flashing "-15" which is an error code. I called Osaki and they're sending me misc. parts to try and fix it. They said can't pinpoint the exact problem even though I'm getting a specific error code. So, unless I want to pay to hire one of their recommended companies to fix the issue, I'm on my own with trying to figure this out since they won't repair the machine after a year. BE WARNED... 3 year warranty is really just one year of parts and labor... the 2nd year is just parts... no idea what the 3rd year would cover. I had 2 Human Touch massage chair for 15 years and never had a problem with them after daily use. I've had this one for less than 2 years and already a major issue. I do really like the chair and HOPE I can fix it with the parts they send, but as far as reliability goes, I don't think this chair is up to par. My situation may be a fluke... hopefully I fix it and never have an issue.
