We started off with some problems with delivery. I had taken the day off based on the delivery date to be available to receive package, but the Titan Chair didn't arrive. No notification was provided. I was up late waiting and eventually called their customer service line but there was no answer. Two days later the chair finally arrived. Chair was easy to assemble. Works fine, the only issue is it doesn't account for petite individuals. I'm 4'11" so I'm used to furniture not fitting to my stature. But just to let others know to account for height. I sit on a pillow and use the section feature to deal with this issue. I've had the chair for a week; I've been using it frequently and it seems to work just fine. I'm happy with the purchase.

Love it.

I would not pay full price for this item, but when I got it on sale I couldn't pass it up. There are only two things missing that I would want in a chair. One is the "L Track" which is the massage rollers that go to the seat as well. This chair has "S Track" which stops at the upper butt area. The other thing I was looking for was rollers under the feet. This has air bags. Those two features would cost you much more so I am very pleased with the features and price I paid. This was a great value for what you get compared to what is on the market. Biggest problem I have is that my family loves it so much I don't get to use it as much as them because they are always in it. I recommend this item. Keep in mind that at the time of this post I have had the chair for about a month.

Bought the Osaki on a Home depot sale - best price possible on the net that day. Never had such a chair but with age and nagging pains it was worth a try. After 2 weeks we both feel we would buy it again after trying it out. Its very heavy and is a 2 person job to carry it in but a 1 person set up job. Easy to set up if you are flexible and clears normal 32 inch doors. Not difficult to set up with the videos on the net helping. Comes with a minimal manual and is a try it to like function guide - rather brief explanations. My only concern is how to get maintenance and from where when that need arises. It can be returned if wanted but how anyone could do that is beyond my understanding. No instructions on take down and no way to realistically repackage it or take it to the store. Comes by moving van and fork lift on a pallet. Must be taken out of box to get through a door and set up where it is used. We are happy with it except for maintenance potential. No service needs are addressed in manual.

Fantastic Chair! Love the wake up mode in the morning and stress relief mode at night. The problem is that I find myself snoring almost everytime.
