The shape of the bowl and the flush capacity are really efficient. The one piece design is easy to clean and attractive. Plan to purchase the same for another bathroom remodel. Highly recommend

I am giving you a very honest unbias review. Don't fall for the "Cefiontect" thing because the number 2 will stick to the bowl every single time. I have a American Standard costs half the price and it does way better than this Toto in term of cleaning itself. It's not worth the price at all, Toto is ruining its reputation. The good thing is the pipe is larger so it is clogged less .

Ordered Toto due to reputation .. Unfortunately the Ultra Max Toto ( I order two) ceramic finish was inferior . With the lid on you can see the unfinished / bare ceramic portion of the tank .. This was a surprise as the Toto unusually puts great care into appear once and function.. I would not recommend this product..

I bought 2 of these toilets as replacements after one developed a crack. They fit perfectly and it was very hard to find toilets that fit under the existing shelves I have in my bathrooms. They look great and function very well. Cleaning as often isn't necessary due to the coating.

Great Toilet, very effective flush, and the porcelain stays cleaner than my old Kohler. It did cause my pipes to knock after each flush though. This was resolved by putting in a different non-Toto fill valve.

This toilet is very stylish, it looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom. This toilet flushes well the first time (we have another low flow toilet that often requires two flushes after use, which does defeat the purpose.) So far, which has only been a couple months, it is very easy to clean the exterior because of the design and the interior surfaces do not build up residue and cleans easily.

Special bowl mico coating to prevent soiling does not work as advertised

Comfortable, this is probably one of the only regular height 1 piece toilets around and it flushes fast and quiet using very little water, no plunger needed yet. I am 6'1" and I could use a Tall Elongated, but my wife and kids are 5' 3" and this size is comfortable for us all. The 1 piece design means no leaky tank seal to worry about. This is my second Toto Eco Ultramax after having used one for over a year in my other bathroom. This unit also stays cleaner too with the fully glazed bowl and trapway, unlike the inefficient $99 mansfield it replaced (you're not saving money by buying an el cheapo).

Overall I’m satisfied with the TOTO toilet. It flushes quickly and fills up pretty quick as well. I gave it three stars because the toilet seat seems cheap for the price of the toilet, and wobbles around, even when properly installed. The base only leaves about 2 inches of gap from the baseboard to the back edge of the base, and the tank top is slightly smaller than the top edge of the tank allowing the raw uncoated porcelain to show around the entire edge, which is a disappointing oversight for this price point.

This is the worst toilet we have ever owned. We’ve had our contractor and a plumber look at it because of repeated clogging issues. The toilet has no flushing power. First and last Toto toilet we will ever purchase.

Very good product. It is very well made and very easy to install. The soft close lid keeps the lid and sit from slamming down which is a nice feature. It uses less water than the old toilet. It flushes at 1.28 gallons

The Eco Ultramax is advertised as a quiet toilet. Not so! After professional installation, it makes a loud gulping noise at the end of the flush. Not suitable for a powder room, bedroom or anywhere else sensitive. Such a disappointment! All the reviews stating this toilet is quiet are clearly false.

So far toilet works very well. Flush seems short perhaps due to low flow water requirements. So far it has not been tested to limits but it seems to work well. Delivery to local home depot for pickup worked very well. Emails and text messages regarding delivery status extremely appreciated.

Installed this toilet about 5 years ago and we are very dissappointed - low flush means instead of flushing once, you have to flush 3 to 4 times and plunging often. With little water in the bowl, stuff gets left behind. We've had 2 plumbers come to check the installation, but the flush has not improved.... and one of them fixed the flush lever which was rubbing on the inside wall of the tank with each flush (design defect). We expected a better toilet from Toto. Would not recommend - we are looking for a replacement.

Easy to install. Powerful flush.

I never received the product (came in broken). Store reordered but used store credit without my knowledge. Second one came in broken as well. Trying to get refund but because store reordered as store credit they claim they can not issue refund to my credit card. So essentially Home Depot stole $522.84 from me.

Have had a month and am happy with this toilet. Replaced a 25 year old one. Flushes very efficiently with small amount of water. Love the one piece construction for cleaning. Stays clean looking a long time and I finally cleaned the bowl after about 10 days. Didn’t really look dirty, but want to keep it that way. Gets heavy use in a downstairs powder room. Nice size for a small room. Only thing I didn’t realize was the top of the tank lid is not completely flat and I like to set a box of tissues there, but it does still work.

A good size toilet for a compact area powder room. I would have given a five star rating if the water flow into the tank can be quieter.

Replaced an older Toto with this unit and so far, it has been without issue. One thing to note is that the waxless seals do not work with this toilet (one was the blue Fluidmaster version, the other was red). I bought two versions and the horn on the toilet was a little too large for the seal to encircle easily. Called Fluidmaster in California and was told that certain Toto's and another brand, I can't remember whom, won't properly fit this waxless seal and that the toilet will rock and it will need to be shimmed. Opted for an oversized wax ring and have had no problems. Toilet flushes great, does what it needs to do and uses less water. Good product.

It is nice looking and took the look of my bathroom up several notches.
