Easy to assemble not. Happy whit the seat too many holes

Nice design. Easy to install. Add water. Works!

I bought two. Finishing and packaging was much better than the comparable K***** toilet model. A bit pricey but these work very well and look good. A small nit: Toto failed to include toilet bolt covers with either of the two toilets (listed as included in the manual).

Toilet has a very powerful flush using just 1.28 gallons. Never had to flush twice. Tornado flush and non stick coating work perfectly. Would not think twice about purchasing again.

The TOTO tank lid is slanted. Makes it difficult to stack toilet papers on small items on top of it. Stupid design. I will not buy any Toto products in the future. What's wrong with the designers to come up with this stupid slanted lid?

I like the stronger flush. I dont like the length of the seat or the slanted top in back.

Flushes fast and thoroughly with very little water AND does not stain.

Going from a 1.6 GPF toilet that had a round bowl that was way too small for me and sat too low. I went with the best 1.28 GPF toilet rated by reviews because I didn't want to deal with unplugging a toilet all the time. The Ultramax does the job. Perfect no but pretty darn close. I have never cared for plastic toilet seats always using wood ones. But this slow close plastic seat I find to my liking. It feels robust and solid. Sitting on it is comfortable and it is designed to be out of the way if you know what I mean. It provides a large opening to take care of business. This one-piece Toto feels sold and the tornado flush really works well.

Never overflows. No maintenance required.

Very solid one piece construction. I think it is one of the better made premium toilets you can buy and worth every penny. It has a default turbo flush feature that has no problem with solids, but uses very little water in the process. This is the second Toto toilet in the series that I have bought. The first one is over 5 years old and has worked flawlessly. Shipping turned out to be a problem, —waited over two weeks for delivery, the day of delivery, no toilet, and no notice that it was delayed. Called customer support and they said it would be another week and a half, with no explanation. However, customer support refunded my delivery costs and did some magic and the toilet arrived the next day. Customer support at Home Depot is awesome. Plus as a veteran I got a 10% military discount, there is no better deal anywhere.

Beautiful addition to our newly remodeled bathroom. Works flawlessly and powers away waste with only one flush.

Great quite toilet with a perfect flush the first time.

Embarrassed for Toto. The toilet seat and lid on this model was as flimsy and cheap as the one that was on the training potty used to teach kids how to use the toilet. Returning.

Outstanding toilet. However, the seat is not that comfortable. Very narrow. And the seat is hollow underneath, which makes cleaning under the seat difficult.

Excellent product. Replaced 30yr 3 gallon flush. This toilet looks better, works better, and uses 40% less water.

In California, all new toilets must use no more than 1.28 gallons per flush. The chief complaint about such toilets is that they may not force waste far enough down the drain. So far, I have had no problems with this low-flush toilet.

As another reviewer stated, the version made in Thailand is slightly raised between the seat bolts, preventing the seat from installing flat. I am returning this toilet in the morning.

Extra hole did not like at all toilet seat cover to long toto did not tell me.

Great toilet but the seat is not comfortable so you will need to buy a comfortable elongated toilet, I got the Kohler slow closing one.
