Would have been beautiful except they sewed the pretty white skirt to a very yellow base fabric which would have shown around the edges of the mattress. This was a bad product design decision. It was returned to store.

Fabulous-I DO love it!!!

When they say oversized, they mean oversized. Quite large for bed. Otherwise extremely nice.

Beautiful bedskirt. Really dresses up the room beautifully and the price was right.

The bedskirt does not work well with a foot board, the bottom end is designed to wrap around toward the sides. Since the foot board connection to the side rails prevents that the sides will not go all the way to the top.

After spending hours searching for a king sized coverlet in a generous size, I rembered The Company Store. When I lived in Minnesota I bought down pillows and comforters from them often and was always pleased. Now I live in Hawaii and need lighter weight bedding. Sure enough I found a lovely matelesse coverlet in a great color and it almost touches the floor all the way around my king bed. The shams are generous and look great on top of the bed too. I couldn't be happier.

I am using the bedspread on a kingsize bed in the master bedroom. The texture, color and fit are ture to the specs listed . The pattern is contemporary, which I liked. I did wash it in an oversized washer with cool water settings and dried it on the low/cool setting as recommended and the shrinkage was very low. The first color I had ordered did not work so exchanged it and the second color selection I chose worked much better for me. The process was very smooth and timely. The customer service reps were very nice and very efficient.

To the person whose concern is that the item is too large-- fear not, it WILL shrink! I have owned several of these, and they wear like iron. The are a beautiful addition to the bed, and pretty darn cat-proof. I wash them frequently (see:cats) in hot water and clorox (yes clorox for the white ones), dry them on low, put them on the bed, and in 5 minutes any wrinkles are gone. I highly recommend if you want something that will last for many years, pleasing you all the way. Our use: daytime cover for bed. Too heavy in weight for sleeping under if you're used to down or permaloft quilts...from The Company Store...but that's another review.

We ordered the king "coverlet" in the palm color. The quality is excellent and substantial enough for both hot and cold weather. The color is exactly as pictured. The only complaint is that it is quite large: 6" longer and 6" wider than advertised (glad we didn't order the bedspread).

This set makes well in our home. Light enough for summer without a blanket then in the winter just add a heating blanket.

I love matelasse for the summer. Although there are less expensive coverlets out there, don't waste your time. The quality of The Company Store's Putnam matelasse is well worth the investment. It washes beautifully, lays flat, the size is perfect for my queen bed.

Bedspread is beautiful on the bed. The color is rich and the weave is lovely. I would definitely recommend it.

The spread was well made and overall good quality but the color looked nothing like it appeared in the catalog and online. It was called lagoon and it appeared to be a vibrant aqua/blue. Had to return it as it was a subdued medium blue. A few years back they had one pictured in a dark, bright , Persian blue that I tried to buy but it was out of stock and never became available. Been searching ever since. You'd think there would be a better selection for such a popular sought after color.

I am very pleased except that the coverlet is really much larger than it should be. The bedspread goes all the way down to the floor. I ordered a queeb size and may have to use it as a blanket on my king size bed
