Absolutely love it! The kids and I have not had any bug bites.
Wish the window to see if the light is on could be bigger or clearer.
Also, great if there was a way to know when to change the butane.

The Thermacell products really work! I became aware of them through a model that is made specifically for hunting/camping/fishing. Glad to find that they make models that work well on patios and decks too! And glad that Home Depot stocks them in their stores.

Wow does this work
I never leave reviews for products but this thing is life changing. As late April rolls around, even being outside for 5 minutes to let the dogs out before bed results in a few bug bites every night. This evening I fired the unit up and sat on my patio for over an hour at twilight; not a single bug bite! Refills may be pricey but I'll be paying for them. I can't speak highly enough of it.

We bought one of these for our patio. We set it up and wished it would have worked to keep the mosquitoes away. But it didn’t. Save your money… it was a huge let down for me. I will continue to use my spray until I can find an alternative.

Bought 2 Thermacell Patio Shield Mosquito Repellers for the office. Very disappointed that the fuel cell and 3 repellent mats only last 12 hours. Not worth the price. Very expensive to replace the fuel cell and repellent mats. Will be returning them.
