I have paneled walls and was looking for someway of transforming them into a more traditional look. While I have not completed my project yet but I have used it and it works wonderfully, and gives me the look I was hoping to achieve. I think my only challenge is to get the correct amount of texture smeared on the wall before using the Texture Roller. This is my first attempt at texturing and am giving myself a lot of grace ;-)
