I really like this carpet and the installers were great. Berber has seams, but these installers managed a great outcome - hardly noticeable. Getting a acceptable product on site was the only hang up! Install was postponed the first time with less then a days notice after hours spent disassembling/prepping, followed by hours of reassemble. A new date was set three weeks out due to Covid-19. On install day the product showed up and the installer rolled it out to find blemishes, runs and bald areas. So after another marathon of disassembly/prep and reassembly we now wait for fresh replacement carpet to ship. Two weeks and we’re finally back at install. We’re smarter this time as nothing gets disassembled until the install day and the product is inspected. Install completed. Store manager was helpful and stress an inconvenience reimbursement after final installation. Now we will see what Home Depot values the inconvenience of a Essential worker that had to figure out how to get two full days off work to complete this install and hours of dead end disassembly and reassembly. I’ll keep you posted!!

We recently had the Tidewater carpet installed by a Home Depot Crew. The seams are very noticeable and it does not lay flat along one wall. The crew was very professional, but they said this was a difficult carpet to install without the seams showing. If I knew that the seams would be so visible before I bought it, I would definitely not have chosen this carpet.

home depot do not sell the carpets,so why sell the sample?

Fast delivery. Nice to have at home to see in different lights (morning, evening). Also great that I don't have to return a sample to a store!

Pretty carpet and awesome experience.

Quality was poor.

I was told the seams may show and they do. We decided it was still worth it for the price and look we wanted. The installers were very professional and did the very best they could with this kind of carpet. I have given stars due to the seams but it can’t be helped and I still like the carpet.
