I bought 22 packs and had to waste 4 packs due to boards being warped. Wood is sturdy and color nice but quite a bit of money wasted for warped wood compared to the cost.

Great pieces and excellent quality!

Easy to work with and looks great ! 1 suggestion … with a brush attachment and a strong vacuum, go over each board a few times (in different directions) to get all the charcoal residue and grey dust off the boards … they are VERY messy just out of the package !

Wood had so many warps it’s not even funny. The price is not worth it.

Received an order of the Charred Wood Shiplap Pine Board option today, and I'm returning it tomorrow. The planks come sealed in plastic, so when I opened up a pack expecting a pine scent or even a burnt wood smell, I got neither. Instead, it has a slightly-nauseating, formaldehyde odor that's just unacceptable. To be sure I wasn't be overly sensitive, I left the open pack of planks in my living room where I want to install an accent wall, and went outside for just 30 minutes. When I came back inside, the living room pretty-much reeked of formaldehyde odor, so using these would've been a very regrettable decision.

They could have been stained better. One plank they looked like they colored in with a wood pen on a defect.

Too many flaws, and inconsistent amount of paint on each board, would not recommend Ended up using Armstrong ceiling planks, very nice color consistency throughout every plank without any flaws

Easy to hang

one board was charred on the wrong side. This one is useless. That's about $17.50 per board. A few boards were splintered badly. The finishing on a few was rough. Difficult to achieve a smooth polyurethane finish.Where is quality control?

We put the shiplap up in our lake house and it looks amazing. It looks like the wall had been there originally. Looks great next to our stone fireplace. The product was pretty easy to install. We used a contour tool to get a great fit around some of the stones. We would definitely recommend!!

Looks good but some definite color/tint variation beyond what is expected in natural wood.

Overall it’s a good product. Had one board that was significantly lighter (whiter) than the others that were more grey. Probably overpriced considering unfinished shiplap is 75% cheaper. If you are any bit artistic you could do your own coating for cheaper. Otherwise this is a good product.
