Did not like twist tie due to reduced bag capacity compared to draw string. I returned the item.

The bottom of the bag is tapered, I hate that...the bag should be a full rectangle, do not taper it as it gets to the bottom.

The bags fit a standard garbage can and hold up well to everything but the worst garden trash. Leaves, grass clippings, weeds, shrub trimmings and small branches present no problem.

been using these for years. The only ones that stand up to my aggressive yard pruning and trimming. Eventually sticks poking out the sides but no long tears. Never had to replace one, but replaced plenty of lesser quality yardbags. To tie them off I create two twisted ears and tie a knot, swing it 90 degrees and repeat. The overlap makes for a strong handle to lift the bag.

Closing and tie of the bag take away 20% of the capacity of the bag. If you add more, it won't stay tied up.
