Would buy again
Our new Vigo drain stopper has only been in a couple of weeks now. It keeps the water in the sink when needed which was a big problem with my old sink plunger. Looks nice, too. Here it is with my new Vigo faucet.

Good Product - Take Your Time With Install
Good product. It is well made and operates well. Installation was easy taking care to ensure overflow holes line up by keeping Vigo logo aligned. After installing there was a very small leak or seepage. Instructions say do not over tighten so thinking I might have I backed the nut off slightly and the seepage turned into a full leak. I then siliconed between the drain and the sink. Some reduction, but still seepage. I contacted Vigo online with details of the sink and drain and two days later received a reply stating that since I had a vessel sink I should have a different drain - one without an overflow. When I advised them that my sink had an overflow they confirmed I had the right drain and asked for photos which I sent. They replied with the photos marked showing where I should apply silicon - between the nut and the washer. I went one step farther and applied silicon between the soft plastic seal and the sink as well. I retightened the nut to the point that I would really have to apply pressure to tighten it further. It worked. It took some time but it really is a smooth functioning, good looking pop-up. Highly recommend applying silicon to every intersection of sink, washers and nuts from the start.

For the first time I decided to get a pop up drain that functions by pushing it in the bottom of the sink. The other style has always given problems so I wanted to try a different style. The installation process was much simpler. It has been installed for a month and has worked just fine. The pop up space is large so the water goes down the drain very very well. It is noisy but the water goes down very well so I don’t mind that it is noisy more than any other drain that I had before. My new sinks are deeper, my cabinets are taller, therefore the drain pipes are longer—so that may explain it being noisier. The chrome finish is nice and there was a plastic cap over it to protect during shipping and install. The entire drain is sturdy metal and not plastic.

Very pretty and compliments my Vigo faucet and new sink. It's diameter is larger than envisioned but looks good. The installation needs to be precise - the top screws on and the logo was sideways the first time. I love how easy it is to use, I'll never go back to traditional drain plugs again.
