This tub is beautiful. Remodeled my bathroom and chose this tub as I wanted a free standing tub but didn't want to deal with legs and having to clean under it. This was the perfect solution due to the platform. Easy to install. Has leveling legs under the platform and came with what was needed to hook up the drain. The only thing I didn't like was that there was not an option for a chrome drain. I had to go with the white.

First tub arrive with a large red scuff on the top rim of the tub. It was returned. The second tub was installed by my contractor. There is a significant gap between the skirt and the tub. The tub is flimsy, and creaks/squeaks when you step into the tub. I am 5'8 and can't extend my legs in the tub. I would return this tub if it wasn't already installed in the bathroom. This is my second review, the first one was not posted to the Home Depot website. I would not buy this tub again.

Bought this tub to place in our brand new house. We just finished construction and went to place the tub. As soon as the tub was set and my wife climbed in the entire side of the tub cracked (she weights about 95 lbs). Home Depot refuses to provide a warranty as well as the actual manufacturer of the tub. Terrible product, terrible customer service by Home Depot and Vanity Art.

This is actually a TWO PIECE TUB. The top tub piece sits inside the bottom trim piece. There are gaps which make it very obvious that it’s not one solid tub. Just weird. We returned it.

The product looks great and the installation was very fast.

My home project was extended months due to Covid. Finished product was everything I envisioned. The Versailles is surrounded by Home Depot Wainscoting and chandeliers, floor, and ceramic tiled shower.

Tub is thin, light and almost impossible to install. No instructions. Six feet underneath adjust the thing. Problem is you cannot access them. The skirt is so flimsy you dont want ANY weiight on it so the feet must be lowered before turning it over to set in place. How much? Dont know. Doesnt say. I am setting them at 1/4 inch below skirt. I think the full tub with a 200 lb person will make it sink that much as feet are rubber. Without weight it can be moved by bumping it a touch. 7 hundred plus? Good Lord and butter. If not for the look on my wifes face id return it. With predudice

This tub is beautiful. I have been designing my masterbath bath for several years and knew i wanted a free standing tub but did not want to have to worry about cleaning the floor underneath it. This pedistal tub was perfect. Not too heavy. Well packaged and well made.

The valence on the bottom is very difficult to get flush with floor. Not easy to get it to fit properly with tub level.

This tub came with no instructions, packaged screws, and poorly crated/ packaged. Skirt was damaged although slightly and not enough to cause return. I returned it because the floor skirt was warped and caused the tub to rock back and forth even though the adjustble legs were not yet in play. It was a surprise to me that the tub is actually formed in two pieces. The tub itself and skirt which is screwed to the tub from beneath. Very poor design. Main problem here is that if installed it would leak water directly below the tub.

The plastic drain on the bottom of the tub leaks and my installer has spent 4 hours trying to install this tub. Now he has to go and find another drain for the tub in order to install it. Now I am being charged for 6 hours of installation plus him buying a new drain. Still no response from Vanity Art. Frustrating and not well made.

When I get notice that the tub has arrived I find that the price was reduced by $50, but the company would not honor the reduction for me. The home depot lady asked if she can cancel the sale and recharge it at the new $689 price. They told her no it was a special order and not returnable or cancelable and that it was only a one day special...? It is three days later and still at the reduced price! Contractor said it is very thin & cheaply made. He will never install another one of these tubs

Ordered oil rubbed bronze and it does NOT come in that color! They will send you the pieces but there is no way to replace the silver!

Good value for the money. But bottom piece is not completely level, slightly warped leaving a 1/4" gap on one side. Not a big deal as we just put that side to the back wall and filled with caulk.

Only warning is you’re not ever going to want to get out of it. It is well insulated so the water temperature doesn’t change. I’ve never had such luxury. It is so comfy and beautiful, too!

The tub overall looks pretty good, but the fit and finish are terrible. The skirt doesn't come in contact with the sides of the tub. There are large gaps.
