Calims to be rated for 500 watts. Could not use to run a coffee pot or charge a cell phone. And it claims it can run power tools.

Works really good if you don't connect device over the specifications. For me is one of the best purchase I have done

Great product works well easy to install

Trips after a few mins with a 65 watt computer charger plugged in . Thought it was the charger bought a new one though it was the cigarette cord so I wired it directly to a source ... do not buy!!!!

Bought it to use with a simple pump for an air mattress, the power draw by the pump is less than the 4.2 amps but it immediately overheated and shut off. It seems to only be good as an overly expensive phone charger. I will be returning it.

Bought this inverter about three months ago and it worked very well for the first month and has been absolutely terrible since. Now whenever I plug simple things into it, I’ll get a green, flashing light and no power. An ongoing problem that is only rectified by unplugging the inverter trying again, but having no success. This has got to be the worst inverter you that you can buy and I 100% do not recommend to purchase this.

Took me a while but I finally was able to get this to charge phones. I have tried many times for it to charge battery pack charges and it always shuts off or just glitches on and off.

On/off light just flashes and device doesn't provide power.

Barely charges at a trickle. Doesn’t work well. Your moneys better spent elsewhere. Poor performer. Definitely lacking and does not perform at the level it advertises on box.

I bought this to run my Asus ROG laptop. At 150W it works perfectly. Runs very quiet, and small so it doesnt take up a lot of space. After it charges for a while the unit seems to put itself into standby mode as the green light flashes it isn't charging my power hungry laptop. I simply depress the power button twice in 2 second intervals and the unit begins to charge again.

All I have to really say about this power inverter is that it sux!!! Returned same day.

Not sure if this is a fair review. The box did have tape on it so it may have been a return. However, I plugged it in the 1st time a d it worked for about 5min and then shut off. I unplugged and plugged again to reset, it worked for about 5 min the shut off. So, returned a d bought something different.

Shuts off immediately. Won’t even charge my iPhone.

Don't buy this one! I wanted to run my 230w laptop off of it, however is doesn't even power a 90w laptop.

Good product. quiet overall and worked as promised for what I needed. Not very good for running a drill, but worked fine for my cpap machine and fan for my overnight camping trip.

Didn't have anywhere near stated watts

I can't get it to charge and I will return it today if that is possible.

No way this puts out 500w, constantly shuts itself off while trying to charge anything 120v, USB works ok but that's it. Buy something better! Very aggravating.

Every time I plug in my computer the green light begins to flash and the inverter stops working. It is worthless.

Worked great for 2 days. Now it turns on but the outlets stop working. Sometimes it'll reset but most of the time it won't! The cheaper 120 watt is WAY better. The 120 runs the same stuff I was plugging into the 500 without issue. I'm seeking a refund!

It keeps my laptop in my truck charged no problems

Overloaded by a mattress pump, and computer charging cable, you name it.

When I pick up my pickup the item was fully used and to top it off it didn't work

Signals overload (flashing green) unless you can provide an absolutely insane amount of current from the 12VDC supply. I plugged in one inductive charger (120VAC input) for an iPhone and another iPhone directly into a USB port. That was too much when using a car cigarette charger input.

Read the fine print. You'll only get the full 500 watts if connected directly to a 12v battery if not youll.only.get 110 watts max. Very misleading and disappointing!
