We are sorry to hear about this! Is the light on the unit still lit? If so, that indicates that the product is still producing the ultrasonic sounds. For best results, it is important that the PestChasers® be installed in open areas, free of obstructions. Obstructions such as furniture, walls, or cabinets will stop the sound waves, resulting in less coverage. For rooms with a lot of obstructions, multiple units may be needed. If you continue to be unhappy with your purchase, you may contact the original retailer for assistance with a refund.

Please keep in mind that ultrasound does not travel through walls or furniture, so it’s important to clear all surrounding objects obstructing the Pestchaser®. For ultimate critter control, add at least one PestChaser® to each room or area in which you see signs of rodent activity. Removing items from the area that are attractive to the rodents, such as food or nesting materials, will also help make the area less inviting to rodents. In order to be truly effective, a pest control effort needs to use several different tools and methods. First, rid your space of rodents using one of the many solutions offered by Victor®; whether your preference is snap, electronic, live, or poisons. After the rodents are eliminated, use the Victor® PestChasers® to repel and keep them away.
