The AC unit was easy to install in the window. Only draw back is the cord is rather short so it's not in an ideal position. My outlet is in the middle of the wall and the window opens towards the corner of the wall so I had to place the unit in the middle and stretch the hose over to the window opening. The advice is to not use an extension cord. If it weren't for that I would give it five stars. Cools the room very well!

I inspected the air conditioning unit before use and found no visible damage or issues. However, after less than three months of use, it began leaking water. Despite all plugs being covered and the exterior showing no signs of damage, the cause of the leakage is unclear. This suggests there may be an internal issue with the unit that needs addressing.

Takes too long to cool. Cooled down after 10-15 minutes and got unplugged and took another 15 to cool.

Great product. It states that it can only do about 150 square feet but is capable of doing more. We bought it for a specific room but it helps keep our whole upstairs cool.

We returned it as it was leaking water out of the bottom - no reservoir to collect water & it did not cool down our tiny home space

So far it has done exactly what we needed. We have had it 2 months. No issues with pickup or packaging. Great product.

I bought this just to temporary cool a small room but the first day after purchasing the item it didn’t work. Went through whole instructions and installed it correctly, it powered on but wouldn’t blow any kind of air. Don’t buy this product!!!

I’ve bought three of these - 2 for an old home and 1 for my boat. They work well once installed. The vent can be really challenging working with their flex tubing.

Our AC went out and took the landlord over a week to get it fixed so we put this in the bedroom so we could sleep at night during outside temperatures close to 100. Wxcellent cooling, not very quiet though, but expected at this price.

Unit works good but I think it is overpriced for what you get. It's only a 5000 BTU/150 sq foot and when I called the store they said they had several different portable a/c units to choose from. when i got there this was the only household unit in stock. i didn't have much choice because I don't live close so I bought it anyways

I've had it for 2 days set to 60 and it hasn't gotten any cooler than 75 in my room....never heard the compressor kick on and it produces no cold air AT ALL! Please don't waste your money or time on this junk!

It cools down larger than 150 sqft. Wonderful and easy to set up, losing one star because the window has to be shorter than 4.5 ft tall unless you want to make a custom fitting which I did. A little noisy but worth the cool air in the 90+ heat.

The instructions that came with the device especially regarding how to secure the exhaust pipe were skimpy and unclear.

It is just what I wanted and the price was excellent.

Works great but make sure you have an eye on the bucket collecting water!

I purchased this unit to assist with cooling off the bedroom at night .The coolness was not felt to be comfortable. You can barely feel it and I was still hot. Plus the moisture causes the unit to drain. I placed a drip pan under it but it was continuously at the point of overflowing and having to use the wet/dry vacuum to suck up the water, so you cannot use it overnight safely without waking up to a flooded room. I plan to return this and brave through the heat with fans.
