Intended use was to install shop lights in barn. Now the bad, two points to make. This ladder went from El Paso to San Antonio, then Houston, then Corpus Christi then to Victoria Tx! Unbelievable! The main issue for returning this ladder is the podium alignment. The left side of the podium hits the frame. Didn't see this the first time I opened it. Felt snag and forced it open. Pictures will reveal this.

Works well

A week after I purchased the ladder, it slid off the ladder rack as we were unloading it. The top broke almost off. It was like it was from the factory already broken and the big box store sold it anyways. Its been six months and I still can't throw it away because I spent so much for it. So it just sits in the yard.

From customer photo, we can see that this is not the same product as Werner identifies as a P6202 on their web site - different construction, pivot point, top bar.

I like the layout of the 4 foot better, but when you need to work 6 feet up, that platform makes a big difference, rather than standing on a step. Much safer and easier to work.

The ladder was more than what I excepted. I love my new ladder.

Provides a steady platform to work from. Very stable whether you're working over your head or right in front of you.

Actually ended up returning it it was too tall the extra two feet was too much

Great ladder. Sturdy and stable as long as the base feet are aligned from front to back. The base spread is about 5 -5.5 ft. The folded ladder is about 13-14 ft long and awkward to carry along the side of your body. To carry the ladder easily mark the center of gravity on both sides with tape or marker. Then with folded ladder standing upright, lower the edge onto your shoulder at the center mark. It is very easy to balance and move the ladder on your shoulder.

Highly recommend the Werner for all your needs, built sturdy for you to do all needed in safety.

Very Safe and at 77 safety is extremely important! Werner Absolutely makes the very best ladders! This is my second one in two weeks and I plan to purchase a couple more of these ladders! Selling the older ladders!

The top rail that you lean against Impedes the use of The full platform. Bad design!I reordered the Louisville ladder which gives you more space to stand. All the other Werner platform ladders allow full use of the platform.

Very well built and safe to use for older people, feels secure and sturdy when using it for things around the house like changing lighting or cleaning or up at 8ft. or less. Good outside too as long as the footing is even and level!! I highly recommend it for home and work.

This ladder is heavy and unwieldy - it has a very wide base and it is useful only if prolonged work is going on in one place - it is too unwieldy to move around easily and certainly only can go inside if you have very tall indoor ceiling height. Regret purchase.
