good ladder, wish it was less expensive. all my ladders are from Werner and all purchased at Home Depot.

The ladder arrived clean and well packaged. It's quite sturdy and works perfectly. I especially like the "feet" on the base. The "claws" press into the ground and hold it securely in place. The rubber inserts hold it securely in place on hard surfaces. Ordering on line was easy and when we picked it up at the store, the people at Home Depot were a pleasure to do business with. An overall excellent experience.

I purchased this ladder because I have 8 foot high ceilings and wanted a ladder to access my attic. For this it is perfect. I can get the ladder up the stairs and put it up into the attic without issues. A step ladder doesn't work as well. The rubber pads on the ladder feet are grippy and that helps also. I like the fact that this ladder is rigid and support higher weights. I like the pitch of the rungs. This is also good for outside work where you need a little elevation. Only downside is the heaviness.

As expected

Put it in 8 ft deep water at my boat slip for my lake house, #48, at Chesnut Bay Resort on Weiss Lake Alabama. The water level fluctuates so this makes it possible and easy to get into and out of boat. It won’t rot, the rungs are not slippery, it beats 2x4s nailed to posts.

Great quality

The D-rung end openings on both sides of the ladder have razor sharp edges all along the inside end cuts. These sharp edges will cut fingers when hands wrap around the ladder rail during transport and climbing. End caps would plug the holes and prevent cuts. There are no end caps made for this ladder. DeWalt is the only ladder that has end caps available. Werner had no response to my email, so I think they don't care; buyer will have to deal with this safety hazard.

This ladder is perfect for what I need--it's tall enough to reach porch gutters or get up into trees, yet light enough for an older 110 lb woman like me to lift and carry. Obviously it's not heavy duty, and so I treat it with care--because I really like it!

This special order ladder is exactly as expected and serves my needs well.

Light weight and extremely stury

Ladder is very light weight making it easy to move around, but is has the strength to support a heavy load up and down. It was a great buy. We use it mainly to get things up or down from our loft. Even my wife finds it easy to move. Thanks Home Depot

The ladder is warped sideways by several inches, totally unusable

The straight ladder was exactly what I wanted, and the Werner ladders are still the bet.

The ladder is strong and just the size I needed. It was delivered to the store in good condition, unlike the first one I ordered that had to be returned.
