Good product. Met my expectations and not to difficult to put together.

Very sturdy and great quality for the money. It took us 2 hrs to build it that's why only 4 stars.

The fireplace is exactly as pictured. The doors have to be maneuvered to shut properly. As far as the heat, it does put out enough to warm the room and we have vaulted ceiling’s.

Was looking for a little taller structure

Less than 3 months into owning this a it could have been devastating! We were THANKFULLY sitting near it when we heard a strange buzzing sound (very low) when we realized what it was, we tried to turn off the power switch on the front... but as many times as my husband pushed it, it wouldn’t turn off. Then we smelled a HORRID electrical burning smell. We had to unplug it from the wall! Thank goodness we were right near it when it happened. :-(

Exactly what I was looking for! Arrived in time for the holiday which made this very odd year a bit more comforting. Wish there was a remote or even tempreture settings; went for the style and was not disappointed.

The fireplace is a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be but overall I like it.

We had to pay to have it assembled . There were a lot of pieces and it took about three hours....turned out cute but a little small for the room.

The build quality is excellent. The size is much smaller than my wife expected, but it is still a nice piece to go along with our den update.

We were able to put it together fairly easily. It is smaller than I thought, but works well in our den.

It looks really good in our living room. It’s very sturdy. Also it took 2 of us 2 hours to build. So I wonder how long it would of taking me alone haha. Love it though
