The wood was peeling

Nightstand is made of solid wood. sturdy and very easy to assemble.

Unfortunately dowels did not fully seat during assembly and broke through outer walls. Recommend trimming them.

Great quality wood with clear and concise instructions and even included glue. I can only say that they were short a few screws which we had at home, but I would refer Walker Edison Furniture Company to many.

The edges are sharp; not ideal for a child's room. Ikea stuff comes with better directions but is not difficult to slap together. Tis nice.

These nightstands are hands down fantastic. Not too hard to assemble in my opinion but it took 2 experienced people an hour for the first one and 40 minutes for the 2nd. We used our own wood glue for all connections and you will have some extra parts. Safe to say you should discount all lower ratings based on trouble assembling and cue those up to lack of skill. You can't otherwise get a solid wood nightstand at this price point but part of that discount is your own labor to assemble. If you aren't handy it may be best to buy something already made.

Did not go together easily. Holes not drilled to same depth. Glue packet ridiculous, instructions did not cover dowels and how deep they should go in.

Takes a few hours to assemble. No missing parts. Uses many wooden dowels which weren't all uniform creating fitting problems. Had to trim down some dowels to make the top fit properly. Do not try to force the parts to fit...it will create cracks. Finished product is attractive and solid wood!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. It took me under an hour to put it together. The instructions were simple to follow. I allowed my 9-year-old to assist with a few steps, which he enjoyed. The dresser is an amazing quality, with its solid wood. I love the Walnut color. Once complete, it looks amazing. The drawers slide in and out easily. I’m pleased with this dresser.

Some parts are solid wood and some are particle board. The over all quality is good . Definitely great for organizing!

The finish is a nice walnut color and has nice size drawers. With the easy to follow instructions, it was simple to assemble and it took about 3 hours. We used a small battery operated screwdriver to help us.

It never lasts more than a few years at most before breaking apart. This dresser is real and it is visually gorgeous! The assembly was very clear in the instructions with everything you need. It is versitle for any room to be in and classic in style. The drawers don't sag, wedge, or wiggle. The bottoms are stable for a good amount of weight like heavy sweaters. They flow and don't slam either. Absolutely beautiful dresser with plenty of room for organizing clothes

I had a bit of an issue assembling it but I couldn’t be more happy with the way it looks in my room. It’s very heavy and super sturdy. It’s just perfect for the nursery I’m creating.

Once I got started it wasn't bad at all, I actually enjoyed putting this dresser together. When I was done I felt accomplished and my twins were happy too because they finally had a dresser. The wood is very nice and the drawers are spacious. I love the dresser and would love to get o e for myself.

These little tables are built from solid wood! Easy to put together and they look beautiful. Very happy with my purchase

It holds eventing I could ever ask for and also goes with just about anyone's home decor. Its not overly dark in tone but has many undertones and now all I have to do is find a matching nightstand

Solidly built but surface coat is like a plastic film rather than paint. Hard to describe. But It came with a crack in it. Not sure how to touch it up since it doesn’t appear to be normal paint. Also it’s very thin so you can see the wood Through it.

2 ordered- put together in a day each. One has some slightly split boards on the top & a minor defect in when finish below the opening. The other is fine . We are satisfied because we had trouble finding the size we required,

good quality not so easy to assemble.

Lots of steps to put it together, but not all that difficult. Although normally I would prefer real wood, this product looks good and seems to be well crafted. I like that it has a bookshelf below the drawer.

Beautiful furniture...takes a little while to assemble.
