If they could make the valve freeze proof I’d rate it excellent. Other than that it is very solid and will last for years… even longer if you remember to block & bleed before it freezes. :)

Don’t know why the pressure vacuum breaker will come out water for 3 to 5 seconds at the beginning of the starting the
Water route? Should anything I need to adjust for this issue? It wastes a lot of water eventually.

Actual valve was a Zurn. UPC and all info was correct so the item is wrong in the H.D. system. Zurn valve was the same size and type and works great, but they typically retail for 10-20% less than Watts... It would be great if price reflected that.
