Can’t beat Weber Genesis grills.
This is not my first Weber Genesis grill. They are hands down the best built, longest lasting grills available. While others can be found that are less expensive, they won’t perform as well or last as long. I made that mistake briefly.
I love the look of the grill, and the smart features are surprisingly more useful than I thought they would be. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Amazing Grill
This is an incredibly grill. Fairly even distribution of heat. I love the built-in temperature prongs. I grill about 2 to 4 times a week.

Cooks great but electronic monitoring doesn't work.
Cooks great but electronic monitoring doesn't work. No idea what temperature the display reads as the numbers are jumbled. The iPhone App connects but then all it gives is information about the BBQ and access to a web site when what I want is to control the temperature and monitor the internal meat thermometer!! I called and was told it was working correctly. Really. However, I made a delicious steelhead, sausage and steak :) It starts easily and doesn't smoke or burn.

Genesis Gas
I have been a Weber Grill user for over 40 years. This is now my 3rd Genesis Gas grill. While one can always expect a Weber to last for many years or forever, there comes a time when even a Weber can show its wear. My last Genesis was over 12 years old and I just wanted a new one. The old one is still in use at my Nephew's home with many more years of life left in it. Between my 22 inch charcoal kettle grill and my gas grill, I have always had a Weber serving me however I need it. Who warrantees the guts of grill for 10 years? Weber does...When I tell people about my grills it's only one grill that matters, Weber.

Best Weber ever
40 year Weber customer and this grill is the best version I have owned. Great materials and quality- the heat seems to be well distributed and the wifi with temperature probe allow me to track my cooking without standing outside

Great grill, just get the base model
The grill is great. A well constructed grill that heats evenly. I would recommend getting a base model though. The temperature probes and the associated app simply do not work. I insert the probes and place the steak on the grill and it immediately tells me to turn them. They simply don’t work. The light is poorly made also and will fall off the mounting.

When using the Meat Probes and for best results, please keep these safe usage guidelines in mind:
• Do not allow the wiring of the probes to be exposed to open flame or direct heat for extended periods of time. Doing so may damage the probes resulting in inaccurate readings. We recommend suspending the wiring through an opening in your smoker or grill, such as the rotisserie slot.
• To clean the Meat Probes, wipe them down with either a damp towel or a sanitary wipe. Do not submerge the probes in water or liquid of any kind. This may result in moisture entering the crimp and wiring of the probe which will cause damage and inaccurate readings to occur. Refer to the attached PDF for a visual guide.

Dream come true!
For all of my adult life I've wanted a natural gas grill and I knew it had to be a weber. I bought my first one brand new this past summer after dreaming of it for 16 years. The Genesis II EX-315 is amazing. It's the perfect size for a 4 person family that likes to have guests over frequently. I typically use 1-2 burners, but have 3 for the guests. The digital display reads great in sun or shade.

A problem that can't be resolved
After many earnest attempts by Weber to solve a heating issue, the grill will not heat above 345 degrees F. Weber has been extremely courteous and well meaning, but the grill cannot be used. Each time a part replacement is suggested, there is a ten + day delay for delivery and then a delay to have it installed. It's quite frustrating and, I am without the ability to bbq

Nice Grill
Grill is great, initially had trouble with the app constantly impairing but it is good now. Salesperson said not to use stainless steel brush but manual says to use it on cast iron grill....not sure who to believe.

Pricey grill with no additional side burner.
The app is not very informative. Other than if you are busy with other bbq details it merely gives you a audible heads up on temperature for grill and meat probe.

Assembly
I thought it would be partially assembled so I just bolt together the bigger pieces. No idea how big a job for two people to get this put together even if I have the skills to do it!!
