Assembling the grill, I noticed multiple damaged parts that clearly were damaged prior to being packaged. These were not major and it was going to live outside so we were still excite. Then we found the back panel was missing. A call to the weber customer service should have fixed this but instead we were told that the model no longer comes with a panel by a CS rep at a foreign call center. I dont see a point to the grill design with a door if it is just wide open in the back. Will be returned.

Very disappointed. I was assembling the Spirit E-310 and when I got to the part to put on the back panel grate, the piece that was included was very clearly way too small! It was a half panel. Not the full panel pictured in the installation instructions nor the one I saw on display at Home Depot. Now wind, rain and rodents cause havoc.

Easy to use and does everything I wanted to do

A quality product that is easy to use and clean. Heats up quickly. I already updated one side with a griddle insert and the family loves it. It is nice to know I can get parts for it, if need be. So far though, it has performed flawlessly and ignites with little effort. This unit heats up to 400 degrees within minutes.

Easy to cook evenly & more food at once

This grill is the perfect size for a mid size grill, plenty of grate space to cook on. The grill itself heats up quickly and holds a nice steady temperature after adjusting the flames to the desired size needed. I do like the slide out grease capture tray, this makes it easy to clean and maintain. I also purchased the half sized griddle insert to cook on, this is a great feature for cooking shrimp, fish, burgers and vegetables on while grilling on the other half.

There was a part missing is why the average review. The service at the store was the best though..they wrapped grill and put in my car for me.....

A convenient and versatile grill, it is always at the ready to use whether an impromptu grilling need or for a planned recipe. Easy to use with enough features to address a number of grilling requirements.

I want to buy this grill but it appears Weber doesn't pay attention to best grilling is with ceramic briquettes not those heat shields. Bean counters let the engineers add the ceramic briquettes to your grills like the high end guys do.

When ordering online there is an option. To have this product assembled... you may check the box if you want this... however if you do not wish to recieve an assembled product, even if you've left the assembly option box blank, you have to know that if you select the option to have it delivered "as soon as possible", that you may just get a fully assembled grill delivered to you, as this will be based on the inventory available at the nearest home depot to the delivery destination.

Always wanted a weber, so far I love it . Quality and size are outstanding

It’s a decent grill. Went together rather easy, with only one call to ABT and one to Weber. It’s my first gas grill ever, I have used charcoal for over 30 years. Has NO smoker capabilities except with the/a smoker box filled with wet chips, which creates NO smoke. Food is cooking faster and more evenly. I have used it 6 times so far and will need to clean it very soon. Have never cleaned my Weber charcoal kettle. LOL

Arrived damaged returned

The Grill is the best I have had in over 20 years. The staff was very helpful from start to finish.

My previous Weber grill lasted over 20 years and was a 2 burner model. I really do like the 3 burner setup on this new grill.

This is the fourth Webber grill we’ve purchased. Great product, good quality and dependable.

It was delivered together now that was a nice sight … unfortunately, 3/4 of the screws were still loose and half a dozen we’re missing

The Weber was delivered as requested but was short of about 20 screws and washers. A replacement bag of screws was ordered but failed to arrive after 1 week. They re-ordered the bag of screws and it also failed to arrive in over a week. Third time lucky! Kind of! The screws arrived as requested so I was able to assemble the barbecue. However, I then discovered that one of the 5 stainless steel flavorizer bars was missing. All in all, it took almost a month from purchase to final assembly. The large circular hole in the floor of the barbecue is way larger than the size of my standard gas tank. So the tank sits on the ground beneath the barbecue unless the bottle is hung from a hook on the side of the unit. That makes it very difficult to replace especially when full. It really needs 2 people at the front and rear of the barbecue to hang the bottle safely. Other than that, I like the barbecue!

First time I’ve bought the Spirit E225 model. I’ve bought the 3 burner model for years. Always a fan and this “compact” version meets my needs. Like the new features.
