Very high quality fiberglass ladder. Glad I opted for the fiberglass vs. aluminum model. The additional weight of the fiberglass ladder didn't affect me at all. Also, I like the fact it's non-conductive with electricity. The fiberglass costs more, but extra safety is worth a few additional dollars. Only thing I would add...instructional labels on the ladder are good - but in very small font. In addition, I highly recommend a sizable label (in large font) with a web link to a "Werner Extension Ladder How-To" video. Some folks are first-time users of an extension ladder and some of us are farsighted. Otherwise, very pleased.

Ordered twice never received and nobody could give me a answer on where it was nor did a manager ever reach back out to me

Purchased this for my son as a house warming gift. I recieved the same exact ladder as a house warming gift 30 years ago. This new ladder was not built quite as sturdy as the 30 year old one but nothing ever is. It is still one of the best ladders out there.

The ladder was well constructed and good quality. However, it was too heavy for me to handle alone.

Werner Ladder produces a great product. This is the only ladder manufacture that we will use. Great product for a reasonable price.

I have a 28 foot and a 32 foot too heavy to haul around when a 16 foot works just fine Really strong ladder perfect height 8 foot to 16 foot.
