Space is at a premium in a camper, so a place to store knives that is out of the way and convenient is a welcome addition to our camper kitchen. The magnetic holder easily holds all 10 knives and when mounted above a backsplash it gets these sharp tools out of the way and out of small hands reach. We found the knives to be very sharp and after using them a short while, their colors make identifying the knife you want easier than examining the blades every time.

This colorful set consists of 10 knives and a wall mountable magnetic holder for them. Sorry, I do not know the culinary term for each of them, perhaps you know the proper names. The blades range from 3" to 9" (blade length), with various cutting 'profiles'; chopper, chef's, trimmer, paring, cheese cutter, bread... Got this set to 'split up' between my wife and daughter, as needed. Please see the pictures! The magnetic holder, and the colors (green, purple, yellow/orange and red/pink) of these knives make an interesting display, if you have wall space for it. The handles and blades of each knife are the same color. My hints: Never put good knives in the dishwasher. Hand wash them. The dishwasher detergent is harsh, and the mechanical action of the machine may damage the cutting edges. Just FYI: Stainless steel, >10% chromium content gives it the corrosion/rust resistance, that 'self heals' surface abrasions and covers a broad range of alloys. These are 'ferritic', that is they will be attracted to a magnet. Hence the included wall mountable holder.

Beautiful vibrant colored knives! Very sharp knives easy to slice breads, cheese, meats, vegetables, they have a non stick coating that helps these knives cut through. The handle is perfectly formed to fit in the palm of your hand with a great grip non slip and lightweight. I really like the magnetic strip that hangs on the wall. It is great to just grab a knife off the wall I need and not have to hunt through a drawer for the right knife and they look great hanging on the wall. I have had many comments on these knives! Another great benefit is they are dishwasher safe.

Get ready to be surprised and really happy with a reasonably priced knife set. The first surprise I found was it comes with a tomato knife. This knife is usually a one knife purchase but it comes in the set. The tip has a split to pick up slices or remove the core and the body is serrated to clean cut any ripe fruit. The second surprise is a cheese knife which is usually in an additional two piece set purchase to get this knife. It has a relief in the blade to more easily get through cheese without sticking. Then there is a Santoku blade which makes for easy prep cooking and chopping. All the knives are easy to clean and super sharp. If you look at my pictures you will see thin sliced ripe tomatoes which I accomplished using the large chef knife. This is more than a new knife set it is a new "today's' usable knife set. Great knife set that lasts about a year before they become too dull. Perfect for my apartment, and I love the magnetic strip - it looks great in my kitchen and keeps everything tidy!

I love these knives. They are very sharp right out of the box. I'm still trying to figure out what the pink scalloped edge one is for though.

This Whetstone 10-Piece Stainless Steel Multi Colored Knife Set is very functional and stylish. It really is a knife for every job. The set includes a chef's knife, bread knife, santoku knife and other utility knives. The set includes a magnetic knife bar keeps knives safely organized and lets you easily and quickly select the appropriate knife. Just mount the bar on a wall or cabinet and it makes storage a breeze. The knives are packaged and shipped in a plain cardboard box. They are sharp right out of the box.

I have been using this cutlery for the past month and have surely enjoyed it. There are knives for every occasion and the edges are perfectly sharpened. These knives would be a welcome addition to any kitchen and handy to have around. I have been using these knives and their sharp edges are holding up to the daily grind. I also enjoy the magnetic attachment system and like the looks of their hanging on the kitchen wall.

This multi-colored knife set is great. I really like all the bright colors and they do help me distinguish between knives of similar size and length when reaching in the drawer to grab one. There's a magnetic strip that you can attach to the wall and then hang the knives on your kitchen wall. I chose not to because of the wall space required which I don't have. The knives are sharp and nicely balanced. I love the colors.

We actually have two different “sets” of knives in our house. One is an expensive set which uses steel for the blades, and they have instructions to wash and dry the knives by hand immediately after use. As a result, we don’t use them on a day to day basis. The other “set” is a miss-mash of cheap knives which see the dishwasher. Some of these do rust, and get tossed. We wanted a decent set of knives for everyday use. These are stainless steel, so they should fill that bill nicely. I wish the blades had a protective storage cover for them. These knives have a cardboard cover, which won’t last long. The kit does contain a nice magnetic holder for the knives. However, we have a very expensive backsplash, and I feel the kitchen looks neater without displaying the knives, so the magnetic holder got transferred out to my work shop. The knives are sharp. The colored coating stops about 1/16” from the blade edge, so only bare steel would be involved when sharpening.

A knife for every task. These add a great look to the kitchen, with the different colors. A magnetic rack is included so each knife can be safely and handily displayed for ease of use. Two mounting screws and anchors are included, you just need a screwdriver. The knives aren’t just great looking, they are sharp and the handles are very comfortable.

Pretty knife set lacking in important ways. GENERAL: Packaging is basic no frills – a cardboard box, thin cardboard sheaths adequate only for shipping, and a cellophane wrapper on each knife. Set includes a 22 inch magnetic knife bar for wall hanging. In our large open format kitchen, there is no wall space for such a thing. Colorful coatings are said to be “non-stick,” but frankly other than cutting a layer cake I can’t recall that being an issue with any knives I’ve ever owned. PRO: The set is inexpensive and pretty. Handles are all of a similar design and are quite satisfactory, giving a good grip. CON: No warranty or product registration card, no use and care tips, no naming or description of the individual knives, no durable sheaths for the blades. With a little more thought to packaging, this could have been a nice gift set but no effort is made in that regard. Three blades are serrated, one is a wavy edged cake knife, and the other six will all require sharpening. Blades are stainless steel, which is not the hardest of steels and will probably get dull rather quickly – no sharpening tool or instructions included with this set.

Hand washing these knives for the second time and one of the handles comes completely off. Cheaply constructed knife. They do however cut good when they aren't falling apart.

Theses knives are great..i love them ..they handle very nice..cuts meat great 5stars from me....
