I love the look of it and that that it is finger proof resistant. The icemaker works well and the freezer has a lot of space.

Just the type of fridge I wanted, especially after $am$ung repeatedly failed to deliver as promised. Love inside water dispenser and extra wide bottom drawer, but makes constant clicking noises that can be heard around the house. Not loud just annoying.

The shelves on both sides gives me so much organized storage space for condiments and even holds half gallons of milk! The outer appearance is chic and streamlined, and very sharp. The black stainless steel exterior conceals most finger prints, even more than I ever expected! Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to avoid buying another LG. My LG compressor died after nine years and spoiled a ton of food. So LG is now or my not favorite appliance list and I decided to give whirlpool a try. My LG had all the bells and whistle‘s and all the problems that come with them. So this time I decided to get a refrigerator that does one thing maintain cold temperatures to prevent food from spoiling. So I bought a whirlpool with an internal water dispenser and internal ice making machine. So far and it’s only been two or three weeks the refrigerator has performed flawlessly. But only time will tell if it lasts more than nine years it’s better than LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this refrigerator for over a month so far and we love it. This was definitely an upgrade from our old 15 cu. ft. refrigerator. Love the black stainless finish, it is our first appliance with this finish, eventually we will update our kitchen and match our other appliances to it. The only thing I noticed is that if the humidity control is off, ice tends to appear around the freezer drawer, making it difficult to slide open. I am hoping is just due to our humid summer. We have not connected to water yet as we are waiting to remodel our kitchen. Looking forward to try the water dispenser and icemaker features.

Let me say it was a great feeling to be able to pull the plastic and all the foam off to start for the first time. The fridge works great and real quiet when compressor is on. My first fridge with freezer on bottom and I like it. I have a lot of space to put all kinds of food in. The ice maker makes a tub full everyday as I use most to put in my cooler for work. I highly recommend this appliance. Oh it also has cold water dispenser on the left side wall inside. Very nice feature but you must stay on top of the water filters. Love it!!

The only thing that I can say that would be better is if the “snack drawer” wasn’t one large drawer but instead 2 drawers. You have to open up both of the doors to open the drawer and it would be nice if you could just open one. Otherwise, I love everything about this fridge

This is the perfect fridge, has the filtered water system on the inside, ice cube maker, looks sleek, clean and didn’t break the bank. We had a hard time finding a fridge to fit our kitchen and this was a perfect fit. Very happy with our purchase.

Overall this fridge is still working well over two years after purchase. Sometimes food freezes in the fridge when it's full orn stuff gets pushed to the back. Eventually it will go into the garage and we'll get a better and larger one when we move.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] speaking for the refrigerator we are pleased with the space nd the lighting. We also like the filtered water dispenser. I would recommed the handles be changed so thee screw holes at the top and bottom are covered, The handles should be made of a material that don't get dirty so easy. Possible texture them. reshape them, or use material that is more resilient. I suggest reengineering the catering drawer so it can be opened without opening both doors. This could be done by engineering the drawer with single or 2 drawer functionality via a connecting device in the middle make each side function independently or as a single unit. The catering feature is most likely a two or three time a year need for most users. The do shelves should not be styled with rounded corners. By having them square off there will be room for one additional items per shelf when storing condiments and jelly jars. ther is a lot of space the could be made more functional. I also believe the the panel that has the temperature control could be located so it doesn't interfere with putting taller items on the top shelf . There is also a lip on the front of the shelve that hangs down just low enough to prevent items from sliding straight out. This is something that actually cheapens the interaction with the refrigerator. Although I don't have a solution, the freezer has the design of a child's toy box. To get to anything you have to take everything out or constant re-arrange everything. If we didn't have a second refrigerator this would be problematic. I would like to have freezer with a motorized option that opens the first few inches with the push of a button. open door alarm would be good on the french doors or a final step door closure to force the doors to pull shut the last 2 inches. Failure to fully close the left door is a stress of ownership. The brand new refrigerator that we waited 6 weeks for had several damaged features and no one, (specifically the dealer) has taken ownership and the dealer will not replace because it takes too long to get a replacement. They also said too many people touch it inthe distribution for them to take responsibility. That has made buying a quality refrigerator a sour experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the below freezer desing. It's very spacious. The plain doors design does not have any condensation on the doors. Keeping the water dispenser inside the refrigerator avoids condensation and spills.

I would prefer that water dispenser on easy access site with this model you are on the awkward position to dispense water if you have shoulder issue it will be difficult but the positive part is that the water is always cold compare to the other model where water dispenser it outside the door. One of the edge of shelve came with dings.

We got the white refrigerator and replaced the white handles with stainless steel ones and it looks amazing. The produce drawers work really well. My produce keeps longer than it ever has before. The ice maker is very fast. We are a family of 6 and we are home all the time. This is the first ice maker we have had that has been able to keep up with our ice usage.

We purchased this refrigerator in 2016. From the moment we got it, we could never get the doors to align correctly. The bottom freezer seal began to sag and fall out of bottom of freezer after about a year of having it. It constantly makes VERY loud noises while running. And the inner seal stopped working about two years in. We have to manually move the flapper to close the door and it has now begun to crack and split. A relatively new appliance should not have so many issues so early on.
