Good: It is a strong plastic, not a rustable metal like all the others. It snaps onto the bucket rim nicely.
Bad: It's too short; doesn’t go far enough down into the bucket.

Works well UNDER the WideBoy liners. Using these gives me better traction to load paint onto the roller than without them.

Flimsy and ineffective.
For the most part, Wooster makes great products for the DIY painter, but this is not one of them. While I like the concept of a plastic grid, this one is just flimsy and the grids are spaced too far apart to load your roller properly.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the Snap Screen. This screen is designed to be used in a 5 gallon pail or snap two together to use in a 18" bucket. The more open grid is desired by contractors and high-production painters because it leaves more paint on the roller cover, reducing dipping/reloading. The polypropylene material and openness of the screen does allow for easier cleaning, also. We welcome calls to Wooster Customer Service at 800-392-7246.
