this 3/4 nap roller cover by Wooster is perfect for painting or staining semi ruff surface's it will hold a large amount of paint or stain and get into deeper crevice's on ruff surfaces . the Polyamide yard helps reduce splatter and makes for a easy clean up. this plastic core roller cover stays firm and round after clean up for the next time you need it .

This is my first experience with a polyamide fabric roller cover, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Gonna be a while before I get to use this, I've got some striated under-eves that are gonna need painting in the spring. This cover sounded like it might fit the bill...surface I'm painting is covered with tiny shallow grooves. From my “earlier” days as a painter, I know to wet a new roller down good, & milk/ twist the surface down from top to bottom to eliminate loose fuzz...didn't get any at all from this cover. The material is like cotton yarn (see pic), very different from a standard cover. The fabric did seem to flatten out more than usual when wet...not sure how that plays out. The inside tubing is plastic. After wetting & spinning out the cover, you can see what the fabric is really like. More individual strands as opposed to a spongy-type surface. I can see where that should do a good job on rougher surfaces. High quality cover that should last a long time with proper cleaning. Looking forward to trying it out.

High quality roller. I am impressed at the paint load of this fabric. I tend to be a somewhat messy painter and this roller allowed me to control the application with ease. The textured wall was evenly painted using this roller. This is a moderate priced roller for a specific texture application. The results were high end in my opinion. I always expect quality from Wooster and this product was no exception.

This Wooster Pro roller is made with Polyamide yarn that hold the paint and also has a low spatter. The fabric loads easy for fast coverage. The 9” long ¾” matting is great for rough stucco, plaster, siding, decks, masonry or concrete block. You can use it with all flats, eggshell, stain paints or stains. This roller is re-useable if you clean the roller properly. Product is made in USA!

The roller did an nice smooth job on my concrete blocks on my outside building. This roller made my job easier getting the paint smoothly applied to the blocks and covered up the old paint with a breeze. It did not spatter at all when I might have overload my roller as sometimes I do. It was very quick to get the paint on my building without making a mess. It gave a nice application throughout the whole job. I am normally a very messy painter but this roller took care of that for me.

I had the opportunity to evaluate this premium roller cover. It is a premium product with a moderate price. Well worth it. It picks up paint well and rolls out with ease. Very low splatter as I paint quickly to maintain a wet edge. It was a long wide hall and I didn't want the uneven look of a sprayed ceiling. I rolled out a very even ceiling coat and it worked fast and fabulous. No lint or pickup and no paint lines from roller edges. A#1 in my book. Makes the job not just done but look better also.

Not all roller covers are equal in quality and materials. I have found that most of the low priced covers are made with a nap that falls apart after very little use, resulting in chunks of fabric embedding itself onto the surface of whatever it is your painting. This Wooster Pro roller cover is made from a polyamide yarn (natural polyamides are wool and silk). These yarns are highly durable and high strength. The cover is attached to a polypropylene core that resists wetting and cracking I have found that this particular product's nap loads paint nicely and does not splatter easily when rolling. The 3/4 inch thick nap is perfect for painting medium roughness surfaces. Properly used and cleaned, this product can be used many times over. A good choice at a reasonable price point.

Really nice coverage with this, no shedding and it goes on pretty smoothly and evenly. My first time trying this thickness roller cover and I'm impressed at how much easier it is to get good coverage, faster, with a thicker one that holds more paint. I'd recommend this because the price is reasonable and the quality is very good. I was able to use it for a very large area and it held up.

This polyamide roller works very well on smooth and rough walls. Roller is very absorbent at soaking up paint to roll on. Roller holds onto paint well reducing splattering. I noticed good coverage with this roller, so good I only needed to apply one coat of paint. My eleven year old was also able to assist me using this roller due to its absorbency allowing deceased dripping and splattering.

The 9 in. X 3/4in. Polyamide fabric roller cover has become my go to product. For exterior applications it works extremely well. The roller holds enough paint to cover well. As long as you go slow it should reduce splatter problems. Also the heavy nap made it possible to cover my exterior siding with one coat of paint, although I still gave it 2 coats. I have had this roller for about 2 weeks and completed a major paint job. It meets my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone for a less stressful paint experience!

Great long lasting roller cover that you can use over and over. These roller covers are pretty cheap yet are made of tough long lasting materials that can be cleaned and reused many times. I do a lot of renovating and sometimes I need to paint an area and then paint it again or paint another area in the same color, so using the roller and then wrapping it in plastic and storing for a week or more makes it easy to unwrap and use again without having to try and clean all the paint out of it.
