Incredibly tough to break off spindle for length.

As other purchasers have explained, to install, you need to cut a small metal bar at a spindle mark with 2 pliers. I can’t do it. Not sure what to do now. I should have bought something else

I thought this piece was discontinued but I found it easily.

A metal part to it has to be cut or broken at a particular length. I have to take it to someone that can do that before I can install the handle.

This door latch fit the storm door perfectly. Installation was quick and easy.

Door handle to my screen door broke. This was a cheap and easy replacement. Just be mindful that 1 3/4" holes are at the top. The screw at the bottom of the handle may not line up with prior handle based on size. This measurement isn't listed anywhere on the packaging.

Not compatible with my screen door. Product returned..

The instructions were wrong. I have a 3/4” thick screen door. Needed to break off 2 extra rectangles from the spindle. After this correction the product works great. I used a vice grips to hold the spindle steady and a crescent wrench to break off the pieces. Works well

I bought to replace a broken hatch. The handle was smaller than needed so I didn’t use. I only needed the inside latch, which was not sold separately.

Easy to install, very well made and nice looking.

We were mounting what appeared to be the third set of latches on two 30-year-old screen doors, and I was impressed that Wright Products provided multiple options for mounting new latches on old doors. Door # 1 needed larger screws to fit the old holes drilled in the door frame, and they were in the package! Door#2 had a strike plate that needed to be shimmed in order to fit the gap that had developed in the old door frame. No problem! The package had shims that helped us bridge the gap, while perfectly fitting the new hardware. Two doors, two different problems - both predicted by the manufacturer, giving us well-fitting new latches with no frustration. Well done!
