I pressure washed a portion of my patio with plain water on day 1 and it came out fairly good.
On the second day I mixed the solution at just below the maximum amount stated on the jug, sprayed it on and let it set for 15 mins followed by scrubbing with a stiff bristle broom. Then I reapplied a second coat, waited 15 mins and scrubbed with the broom again. Again I let it set for 10 - 15 mins. I then pressure washed with a 1650psi - 1.25gpm electric pressure washer.
As I was washing, it did not appear as though the side done with Zep Concrete cleaning solution was any cleaner than the side done with plain water, but I waited for it to dry completely before making a final summation.
After drying overnight the side done with Zep concrete cleaning solution is not any cleaner than the side of the patio that was done with plain water. Save your money and don't buy Zep concrete cleaner. I DO NOT recommend this product.
It's no silver bullet. It did take quite a bit of scrubbing and pressure washing for most of the stains on my asphalt driveway and some of them are still not completely gone. I did have to pour some Dawn on the stains for better results.
With some reluctance I rate this product as "Poor." Why?...

With some reluctance I rate this product as "Poor." Why? Well, the clean the sidewalks and concrete steps to the front-door, only water from a pressure washed was needed. So, why buy a product that truly might not be needed?
