In regards to the dishwasher, the plate should cover your entire dishwasher. Please let our customer service team know this so that they can help you to fix this issue. Our dishwashers are manufactured to be European Style, meaning they are a little bit shorter than American Style ones. Putting a 2x4 under the dishwasher to increase the height is a great way to resolve this issue. As for putting together the dishwasher, we apologize that you had troubles with this. If any problems arise moving forward, our customer service team would be more than willing to help you with troubleshooting.
As for the lights on the oven, we appreciate this feedback. As you mentioned, the light shutting off is how you are able to indicate that the oven is ready to go. This is something we decided based on preference, but we always appreciate customer feedback. The hot air blowing out the front of the range is also normal, but it should not to the point where it is uncomfortable. Please let our customer service team know about this issue, and they can assist you in determining next steps if it is posing danger. We apologize for the inconvenience of the locations of our knobs. We have found that this is the most convenient and aesthetically pleasing location.
Additionally, thank you for the feedback on the microwave drawer. We do want to make sure that cleaning this is convenient for our customers.
For your range hood, we made it this way so there are fewer buttons on the hood and you can enjoy the looks of it more. However, we appreciate this feedback and will take it into consideration.
